(I know. There's a lot of these stories that start of with the world meeting, and add this to the list of one of those stories. Also, I can't do accents, so just add them in yourself. Also this chapter is LONG!)

[UPDATED VERSION]

America was late, as always, but today he was as late as ever! Not only that but he was supposed to be hosting this year's world meeting. England was starting to get annoyed not only by America being late to his own meeting but by France antagonizing him as well. Germany was starting to get angry, and Italy was just going on and on about pasta. Japan was just listening to the other nations arguing, and Greece was asleep as always.

Suddenly an annoyed American burst into the room, surprising everyone. He sat down at the front before facepalming himself, and muttered something inaudible to the other nations.

"Are you okay, America?" Germany asked, looking at the young nation. He looked like a new America. Someone that no one had seen ever.

"Yeah... just forgot my papers... I have go get them quickly." America said standing up to leave, but England stopped him.

"You're late enough, you bloody git! We've been waiting to start this meeting for nearly an hour! We need to start this damn thing! Someone will probably be bringing your papers to you, so just sit and wait," England yelled, and America looked at him with cold dead eyes, before a quiet knock on the door distracted him.

"Aren't you going to get that, you cunt?" England asked the now panicked American. America just stood there staring at the door before another quiet knock came. Due to America's reluctance, France decided to stand up and get it, and revealed a young girl that looked to be around the age of nineteen.

"Hi! Can I please come in?" She asked in an accent that sounded similar to the American's, but was ten times less annoying.

"Sí! Of course, Bella!" Northern Italy said from inside the room, and America shot a harsh glare at him. The younger of the two Italians, fearing the young nation's newly shortened temper, ran and hid behind Germany, trying to avoid the American's cold, dead gaze.

The girl came in with small, timid and unsure steps. She had her dirty blonde hair pulled back in a single ponytail that seemed to have small pink flowers adorning the circumference. She had a black shirt with a red plaid jacket on, bootcut jeans that were worn out from several washings, and a pair of tennis shoes. She also had a black and yellow bird, that the nations immediately identified as a type of finch, dosing on her left shoulder.

"Here you go, America. You forgot these by the door," She said, walking up to the nation, and handing him a thick stack of papers. America took them and quietly thanked her. As she started to leave however, Russia suddenly stopped her by simply stepping a few feet in front of the double doors.
