The boy who had complained earlier about Iowa's idea stepped forward next.

"Howdy. The name's Arkansas but you can call me Ark for short. My three facts are: I'm officially known as the Natural State; Alma clams to be the Spinach capital of the world; The World's Championship Duck Calling Contest is held annually in Stuttgart."

Next the girl who had been fighting with Texas stepped up. She looked to be very wealthy, with what the clothes she wore, either that or she just wasted America's money to buy expensive clothing. Probably the ladder with how America seems to baby them a lot. She had her long, wavy, blond hair down, and a pair of sunglasses were sitting on her head.

"Hi! I'm California! You may call me Cali or Cal, which are my nicknames. Fact number one is, Fresno clams to be the Raisin capital of the world; fact number two is, I have two of the most popular cities; and finally, we raise the most turkeys in the nation."

The states continued introducing themselves in this way, until they got to a singular letter.

They saw a girl that looked to be around 4 years old hiding behind who introduced themselves as Alaska. She had darker skin then a good most of them, and had a flower crown made out of what they assumed was her state flower. She had dark, espresso colored eyes, which were staring at Japan with fear.

"Hawai'i, he won't hurt you. After all I'm here, so you're safe," America said, crouching down to almost eye level with her. She then slowly walked over to America, who lifted her up, her eyes still glued fearfully on Japan.

"You're not much better though, Dad," Hawai'i muttered quietly.

"Ouch! She's not wrong though," California bluntly stated, laughing a bit at the youngest's remark.

"It appears that Hawai'i doesn't really want to do this right now..," America said before suddenly yelling. "IOWA JONES!"

A few moments later, Iowa poked her head around the door frame to the kitchen.

"Yeah, America? What do you need?"

"Can you help me with Hawai'i?" He asked, and the midwestern state nodded, and quickly reached to something out of a nearby closet.

"Hawai'i, do you want to help me pick sweet corn and other vegetables for supper tonight?" She asked. Hawai'i smiled, nodding quickly, before America set her on the floor and they saw her run past the door to the kitchen, waiting at the open back door. Iowa turned to join her before being stopped by America.

"Hey, Iowa, make sure she doesn't get lost."

"I'll tell her that if she gets lost in the corn field, to turn towards the direction she came from then to just walk straight ahead or just plain walk straight ahead. Don't worry, America, I got this!" she said confidently, before running off with two hand woven baskets in her arms.

"Why is Iowa the only one that calls you America?" England asked, after the two girls had stepped into the backyard.

"I honestly don't know, she just always has, probably feels left out a lot. But who knows, Iowa's an interesting state, especially when you get her really angry," America replied, looking off into the kitchen. "I don't think it honestly helps that she's a swing state, either."

"Of course it doesn't help, it just makes her that more unpredictable," Said a girl's sudden voice, as she stepped forward. She looked similar to Iowa, but there were very distinct differences between the two. This girl's hair faded from a light brown into a strawberry blonde, her eyes were also an amber color, compared to Iowa's bright blue eyes. "Hi, I'm Idaho. My three fun facts are; I am the 43rd state, my nickname is the Gem state, and my state bird is the Mountain Bluebird."

The next in line was a boy that looked to be around 21 years old. He was wearing a Chicago bears shirt and a Chicago cubs hat. His messy light-brown hair was just visible underneath it. His faded blue eyes, which looked a lot like America's and Iowa's, had small specks of brown in them. He stepped forward, and gave a salute like the others had done.

"Hello, my name is Illinois. The first aquarium was built in Chicago, The first mormon temple was constructed in Nauvoo, and Metropolis is actually a city in my state!"

There was one more state, Indiana, that had introduced himself, before America had to step in again.

"IOWA!" America yelled, trying to call her from inside the house.

"I CAN'T COME IN THERE RIGHT NOW, AMERICA!" She responded, which earned a few snickers from most of the states.

"Dad, believe us, there's no use in her coming back over to the house, there's nothing interesting for her to list off anyways," Said a boy not too far down the line. He had hair similar to Iowa's but with green eyes and freckles. He was wearing a yellow shirt that said 'All you panhandle', black sweatpants, and tennis shoes

"Nebraska, stop. You know that isn't polite. I'm going to tell her what you said, and expect you to apologize," Said Minnesota, who was a few states ahead of him. "or would you rather me bring up how many times the Nebraska Corn Huskers have lost to the Iowa hawkeyes?"

The boy, who was supposedly Nebraska, just glared at him before shooting back, "So we're bringing up College teams now? How about the Minnesota Golden Gophers? Who's won that trophy the most!?"

"Me," Minnesota replied simply.

Nebraska shook his head violently, "I mean recently!"

"Iowa..." Minnesota stated half heartedly.

"See! How does it feel!?" Nebraska shot back.

"We'll catch up to her later," America said, telling the next state to go ahead.

The states then proceeded to introduce themselves while Iowa and Hawai'i brought everything they needed inside to begin the meal. Little did Iowa know that the once a year training would come to back to bite her in the ass.

*Chapter end*

AN: Sorry that this was confusing. I had gone back through all of the chapters and updated some of the characters, and tried to make it flow better. Plus, I even updated some of the character designs. I'm planning on making a book where it just describes the states, their interests, and so on. SO KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THAT! That's going to have some original artwork with it on how the characters look like at the top of the pages, or maybe in the chapter, idk.

Thank you for reading! And I may end up picking this story up again! (Before probably dropping it again after today, because I give myself a week to update stories.) T-T

*~*Agent AJ signing out!*~*

Updating Agent AJ here; Also, I'm sorry to all those who's states were skipped, but you can NOT have 50+ primary characters and have a story NOT drag if introducing characters this way. Plus people will probably either prioritize either their own state/region (This is the case for this story ) or the big shots like Cali or New York. This story was created with keeping the Midwest higher up in the primary characters list with maybe a few others from other areas thrown in. That's just how I had originally wrote this story, and I, personally, prefer to stick with the Midwest as they're literally what I know the most about since I grew up with the Midwest rivalries. I know the most about Iowa's history, so she's going to be in the forefront naturally as I know the most about it.
