Chapter Eight

~Blake's Pov~

"I love you Cherry, so, so much, I don't know why I left." I whispered into her ear, her limp body situated in a hospital bed, the metal supposedly cooling her legs down. "I just wish you would come back now." The tears coming and coming, never stopping. "I didn't want to leave, I never meant to hurt you." I never did, "I just wish I could tell you the reasons why, but," I paused, my mouth pinching together for a moment, "You can't hear me, this moment." I finished, the water droplets dripping down my face, falling onto the ground in front of me.

I had been sitting in the same position for hours, waiting for the moment Cherry's eyes will open, revealing her gorgeous green eyes I hadn't seen for four years.

Four years.

Four fucking years.

The day I had met Cherry, I knew I loved her from the moment she locked eye contact, I just couldn't believe she loved me back.

"The day I left, the day I met, you I had apparently gotten a call from my parol officer, that my father had escaped prison. But he hadn't just escaped, he ran and found his way back to New York, just to 'teach me a lesson.' My life turned haywire from that moment, him and his 'army' killed Jesse, beaten up Hunter and he had threatened to murder my love... You. I couldn't have let that happen, so I left. You were never to suppose to hurt. Now that my father is... Dead, I got to come back, Cherry, please understand." I explained to the passed out girl in front of me. My head fell into the sheets as the sobs escaped my mouth, my hands clutching the warm blankets.

Suddenly, a substance, small, petite, ran through my hair, 5 of them. Fingers.

"Blake..." Her voice. Her hand in my hair. She was awake. "I had no clue."

I lifted my head, my hair not falling in my face anymore, got a haircut a while ago, and looked into the eyes of my world.

"You never do." We shared a secret smile. "I love you, Cherry. I promise." She needed to know. Her lips pressed into a firm line of understanding before her plump lips parted and her words made my life.

"I love you too." I brought my paralyzed body up to hers and put my hands on the sides of her flawless face. She had grown into the most gorgeous women I had ever seen, her beauty getting more perfect every day. "Sorry for lashing out on you." She pouted, her bottom lip jerked out in one of sorrow.

I chuckled. "I'm sorry." I meant it as I ran my fingers through her soft purple hair, the strands flowing past my fingers before I brought my face in front of hers, shifting my legs to lay on the bed above her and kissed her luscious lips I fell in love with the first day I noticed her figure in the yard.

"Mmhmm." She mumbled into my lips, our kiss becoming more wild, hands roaming, tongues sizzling.

I pulled away, abruptly and stood up quick, a whimper coming from her mouth.

"We can't here." I breathed my pants becoming softer and softer as I caught my breath. "I'll go get the nurse." I ran out the room, my legs taking me to the front office.

"Yes, I would like to take Cherry Lennex Games home today." I smiled at the old women behind the large desk, she beamed at me and began typing on her computer.

"Yes, you may. Do you have a way to get home without her walking?" She asked, her wrinkles forming more on her cheeks.

"Yes."

"Then, by all means, go ahead." She smiled and turned away. I smiled at the wall like a lovestruck guy, I was.

I ran back into her room in 4A watching her body strut into the bathroom, the hospital gown tight on her curvy body. Shit. My lower body reacted instantly at the scene.

I cleared my throat, "Cherry?" My voice slightly strained as I hunched a little, hiding my erection a bit. She turned around.

"Yeah?" She smiled at me as her eyes trailed across my body, a chuckle escaping her mouth.

"Let's go, k?" I hurried to pick her up after a slight nod from her head, "I love you." I rushed out, carrying her body past all the doors, shooting glares at all the men staring at her body in my arms, and into the street, running along the sidewalk. No I don't have a way to drive her home, but I could run. She jumped around in my arms, occasionally shouting, asking me where we're going.

We finally made it home as I jumped through the front doors, them locking shut behind me and set her perfect body on the fluffy couch.

"You know..." She started, her eyes wide and nervous as I sat beside her. She bit her bottom lip, one of the most sexiest scenes I've ever seen. "I like spaghetti."

I momentarily froze, my hands freezing as they trailed up her thighs, my kisses that led up her neck stopped and I pulled my body to stare at her in disbelief.

"Well like... Uh... You see we never uh, talked?" She tried, her voice as nervous as ever. I smiled.

And from that smile something flickered inside of her, the rest of time flew by like waves, just her mouth opening and closing mixed with mine made my love grow stronger by the second. We spent the entire evening speaking, talking... Just getting to know each other. At the beginning of the night for me, nearing twelve am, I brought my hand over her waist and my fingers messed around with her hip collar, while she continued telling me stories about life, time flying by as I got to know my girl beside me. Later on as morning came, I said my stories, my life, as a kid to a teen to an adult, my age not identified, but to be known as young. The sun arrived in the breeze at light peeked into the curtains and we knew... Just knew what we had to do.

...

"Sleep."

"Yeah that's a good idea."
