Ethan's pov
I hope he didn't do something to her. I wouldn't know what I'd do if something bad would happen to Cryst because of Matt I don't know why but I have an off feeling about that guy I don't trust him he's bad news and i want all but the best for my best friend. I don't know why but I feel the need to be really overprotective over her. I just had a feeling that she needed help because I didn't see here anywhere at lunch. Cie said it would be best if I go looking for her in the hallway so I did. Then I heard her yelling but only muffled through a door so I went in. Something must have happened. If they MADE OUT I SWEAR TO GOD IM GON-"
"Ethan!" Crystal said snapping me out of my thoughts.
"What." I say to her as we are walking to the cafeteria.
"I was just worried are you okay?" She asked. I smiled.
"Yeah I'm all right." I said glad that she cares. She giggled.
"Um? You can let go of my hand now Ethan." Cryst chuckled. The realization hit me. Why am I still holding her hand?
"Oh yeah." I said awkwardly letting go. She laughed seeing how awkward I was being, and her laughter made me laugh, she always knows how to make things a little less awkward. Matthew scoffed behind us making me realized he's still walking behind us.
I turned looked at Crystal."Come on Crystie let's go find us a place to sit." I said to her. She looked at me confused.
"Crystie? That's A NEW ONE!" She said sarcastically and laughed. I laughed too and matt walked ahead us shoving me with his shoulder. I didn't care, as long as Cryst isn't around him he shouldn't even be a problem. Cie looked over at us and waved. We walked over and sat down next to her.
"Cryst, what happened? Where were you?" She asked. We looked at each other.
"Matthew wanted to talk to me." Cryst said. I looked at her.
"What that bitch have to say?" She asked suspiciously with her eyebrow raised.
"Eh just wanted to apologize to me about the whole period thing he actually said it to the whole class in English, on how he felt so bad." Crystal explained.
"And you believed that?" I asked her. Crystal thought about it for a brief moment.
"Well. Kind of, I mean he said he wanted to make it up to me by taking me out this afternoon." She said unsure of herself.
"AWW THATS SWEET!" Cie gushed clearly forgetting the hatred she once had for him now. I felt a bit dense I shifted in my seat.
"Taking her out?" My thoughts kept repeating. Why do I think that is a very bad idea.
"Yeah I don't know what hes planning on doing but I decided to give him a chance, even though I don't trust him I'd still like to go out and have some fun." Cryst said.
"Aww but wait you have really strict parents?! Your barley allowed to even go an!" Cie exclaimed.
"She has a point there." I said.
"Yeah but we're neighbors now, plus our parents have gotten along pretty well I think my parents will let me." Crystal explained.
"Not if you were with a bad boy." I mumbled.
" What?" Cie asked.
"What?" I asked back to her. Cryst and C both looked at me oddly then just ignored my comment.
I mentally sighed if relief that they didn't hear me say that especially Crystal.
Shit I can't believe I said that out loud what is wrong with me?
