Bugged out (Miraculous Ladybug x Cat Noir)

Chapter Four

So many things were going through Adriens mind, he completely ignored Nathalie and locked himself in his room. His white walls glowed under the sunlight that came in through his large windows but the room felt dark and gloomy to him. He still could not process that one of his friends from school was his crush. It's not like he was upset, in fact he was very happy to finally know who Ladybug was under that mask, it was all just too much to take in.

"I'm such an idiot!" Adrien growled, flopping down onto his bed. "I have been staring at her all of this time-" He paused. "I even saved her a few times.. and kissed her..(not on purpose tho)" Realization kicked in and he smirked. Coming back to reality he shook his head and put his face in his pillow. Plagg made flew over to the hero, cheese in hand and his mouth full. 

"Maybe you should tell her who you are... I mean she accidentally dropped her purse and revealed her secret." Plagg shrugged. Adrien narrowed his eyes and looked up.

"I don't know..." He sighed. His frown grew bigger at the thought of not telling her but he could not make up his damned mind. This made him frustrated. 

'Maybe that's my problem. I keep thinking too much.' He thought. Suddenly, a smile that reached his eyes was plastered on his face. Plagg was a little confused as to why but he decided not to question the weird boy. 

"Plagg, claws out!" Adrien smirked as he hollered his famous chant. Plagg screeched as his cheese dropped to the floor while he was being sucked into the ring. The room around them turned green under the influence of the miraculous on his finger. After his transformation into Cat Noir, he extended his staff, flying from roof to roof. 

Cat Noir breathed heavily, eyes searching everywhere for any signs of Ladybug or even Marinette. He made a promise he would not stop until he found her. An idea came to his head and he stopped running. Turning around, he made his way over to the finest bakery in town. The atmosphere got heavy and anxiety filled his chest. He had no idea how he was going to break the news but he was going to one way or another. 

The bell above the door chimed loudly and Marinettes parents looked over.

"Cat Noir! What a surprise." Her father smiled gratefully. "Do you need something?" 

Cat Noir nodded. "Is Marinette here?" He tried not to sound nervous or in a rush. He saw her parents look at each other.

"Ah.. no, sorry. She hasn't come home yet. She should be at the park with her friend." Her mother spoke gently. 

The hero knew she would not be there since he was the friend that she was going to meet up with. If she didn't come home where else could she be? Then it came to him.

"By any chance do you know where Alya lives?" He asked. Her parents gave him the address of her best friend.

"Thank you!" He waved and ran out, once again extending his staff and flying from roof to roof. Not stopping to even take a break, he continued to run like his life depended on it. As he ran he continued to think. 

'It's strange.. There hasn't been any signs of Hawkmoth and I haven't even spotted any Akuma possessions..' He thought. Noir shook the thought away and continued on his way. When he reached his destination, he stuck his staff under the rail of her window and looked through. Inside he could see Marinette and Alya but could not make out what they were doing. Lifting his hand, he tapped one of his claws on the window and waited a second for one of them to notice. Thankfully the one to notice happened to be Alya. Alyas eyes glittered happily as she watched the hero stealthily walk over to her friend.

"Do you need something, Cat Noir?" Marinette spoke. Noir took a second to let her voice sink in, comparing it to Ladybugs. 

"We need to talk."
