Nari's POV

"Thank you, have a nice afternoon!" I bowed to the two girls leaving the store with bags in their hands and sighed after their leave. It was almost 12 meaning it was nearly time for my shift to end, my coworker Seulgi due to arrive soon.

I didnt mind my job, the store nice and spacious with a pretty aesthetic to keep me interested and at a strange peace the whole time. I checked my phone, a text from Yoongi suddenly popping up onto the screen coincidentally.

Look up

I did as the text said, a little confused to see that nothing had changed, no one-or should I say Yoongi- outside nor in sight.

What? I replied.

As I looked back up from my phone, my heart leaped suddenly, my breath hitching. As expected, Yoongi stood outside the glass door of the store, his hair still a little messy and his milky skin hidden under layer after layer of his usual dark attire. He held two takeaway cups, the way his hands wrapped around them giving me the perfect view of one of my favourite things about him.

I stared for a second before he smiled at me, using the side of his arm to push open the door, a beep sounding through the store. A couple who were looking at a rack at the front turned towards him briefly and I smiled at him.

"Hello, welcome to Jjang Clothing! Is there anything I can help you with?" I walked out from behind the counter towards Yoongi who smirked while looking around.

"Ah, I'm actually looking for something in particular." I nodded, standing in front of him.

"Well, I can help you with that. What exactly are you looking for?"

"A girl, about your height. She's got rosy cheeks when she sees me and her hearts probably going crazy right now. To be honest, she's a bit of a pain but-"

"Yah!" I slapped the side of his arm softly, laughing, Yoongi's statement and he chuckled, holding out one of the cups to me.

"I think I found her." I went to grab the cup from him but was left a little shook as he pulled it away, walking past me.

Aish, this kid.

"Min Yoongi," I huffed. It wasn't long before he turned back around and laughed, handing me the hot drink for real.

"Just kidding." Using his free hand, he ruffed my hair as I brought the drink to my lips, taking a sip of the hot coffee.

"Caramel macchiato?"

"Of course." We kind of just looked at eachother for a moment before he smiled again, looking back around at the store.

"It's nice in here." He noted. I agreed with him and followed as he walked around, his hand careful as he touched a few things here and there.

"You're off at 12, right?" Yoongi stopped walking and turned to me.

"Yeah, I just have to wait until Seulgi gets here then I can go." Like always, our conversation ended with him nodding and smiling, and we simply made our way back to the counter to sit until Seulgi was due to arrive. It was moments like these, where not much talking nor actions were needed to be content, where I felt an overwhelming happiness. It's the simple things, like having Yoongi pick me up from work, that really matter to me.
