13) Cape Town

You sat in the conference room in the hotel you worked at. You were part of the housekeeping staff, mainly looking after the guests and helping them with what they need. Your friends sat around you as they all listened to what your boss was saying. The cast of the Maze Runner was staying at the hotel while they were filming the last movie.

"Okay so just treat them normally and assist with anything you can", your boss says as he lets you all get back to work.

"I'm so excited!! We might actually meet them and talk to them!!", your friend, Mark beams. You giggle at how excited he gets about his favorite actors. He has a massive crush on Thomas Brodie-Sangster.

"They're actors! They won't want anything to do with us", your other friend, Sam says.

"I'll see you guys later", you laugh as the two start another argument.

Later in the day, you were busy helping a couple check into their room. They were telling you that it's their ten year anniversary. You smiled at them as they wrapped their arms around each other and walked to the elevator.

You were looking down at the computer when someone cleared their throat. You looked up and met the eyes of Dylan O'Brien. You swallowed before smiling.

"Good afternoon", you smiled. "Welcome to Cape Royale Luxury Hotel", you say to him and he smiles.

"Thank you. Um.. so I'm part of the cast so I don't know if it's under my name or..?", he mumbles but you smile.

"Everyone else has already checked in, your room number is 504. It's on the sixth floor. Breakfast is served from 6am to 10am. If there's anything you need just press 2 on the phone and it will call the front desk", you inform him and he smirks at you.

"Thanks so much", he says as you pass him his key card.

"Have a lovely stay", you tell him and he smiles.

"You too", he says but then shakes his head, "I mean..", he laughs but you smile.

"Don't worry", you smile and he winks at you before walking towards the elevator.

You watch as most of the cast and crew leave the hotel the next morning. You're not sure if they have started filming yet or are just exploring.

Mark sits next to you at the front desk and sighs.

"You're so lucky they both spoke to you yesterday! I wish I spoke to them", he sighs and you smile.

"You'll get your chance", you wink as you see Dylan and Thomas exiting the elevator.

"Morning", Thomas smiles at the two of you and Mark grips your hand with excitement.

"Good morning", you greet them.

"Uh so we never got your name yesterday when we checked in", Thomas says as Dylan stand next to him, nervously fidgeting with his fingers.

"I'm Y/N", you smile.

"And I'm Mark!", your friend pitches in.

"Well I'm Thomas and this is Dylan but yeah I guess you um knew that", he says and you smile as the two boys blush.

"Are you off to explore?", you ask. Dylan nods.

"I'm not actually sure where we're going. I just need to buy some pants", he says and you smile.

"Well canal walk is one of the best shopping centers but you can also check out V&A as there is a stunning view of Table Mountain and the harbor", you tell them both and they nod.
