Explosions (Warriorcat OC Story)

Prologue: In the Beginning

Silence decended over the Gathering and all of the eyes turned zealously to the four leaders and awaited their words.

"Rosestar, you can begin"  Rockstar, the eldest leader, mewed gruffly.

"Thank you Rockstar" Rosestar of Brightclan mewed and daintily took a pawstep forward.

"Brightclan have been thriving this Newleaf with alot of prey and no resent rogue, loner, Kittypet or any dangers to our clan have been scented or sighted" She reported the stepped back.

"I'll go next then" Rockstar mewed roughly and limped forth. " Flameclan has been quite silent with no major events apart from Poppydawn's kits, Amberkit, Viperkit and Fieldkit. Oh and prey is rich"

He took a limping pawstep back as the cats yowled in respect. After the noise died down, Riverstar stepped forward.

"My clan Rippleclan, like all the others, have seen no formidable threat and are rich in prey"  He mewed "This is all"

With that he stepped back to let the amber eyes black tom go forward to report.

"Our clan are doing fine and have two new editions" Bravestar mewed, his amber oculars blazing "Boneclaw and Nightlurcher"

Two bulky toms stepped forward, one was white with black stockings and tail-tip and the other was black with white stockings and tail-tip. "They are brothers that we found and have given them great mercy. Therefore they are now one with our clan, Iceclan"

He stepped back and the meeting was over. Warm chatter arose and cat from other clans talked happily

A little bit after Bravestar swaggered nonchalantly over to Riverstar ,smiling slightly crookedly, and whispered something in his ear which made his icy optics fill with fear. The black tom smirked then strode off.

"Rippleclan follow" Riverstar yowled and his cats bid their farewells then padded off.

As soon at Rippleclan got back to their clan camp, Riverstar leapt up onto the Ancient Oak where Meetings and Ceremonys were held and called an urgent meeting.

"My clan" Riverstar began, his sleek Russian blue pelt shining in the moonlight "I have an Urgent, URGENT matter to discuss. Bravestar has declared a fight, battle even against us. The reason is due to one of our cats who I must talk to but he will start sending threats such as leading dogs wolves, Badgers and foxes to us so stay on full attention. He said we have 8 moons to prepare ourselves and train"

The happy atmosphere plummeted to an icy cold silence and worry.

"What if he is bluffing?" A she-cat's rose from the crowd along with mutters of agreement.

"He isn't, he was deadly serious" Riverstar mewed sternly.

Deadly... Dead-ly......
