Here is a story written by a famous author, Arthur Bal. Thought this story was so sweet so posting this here. enjoy~
There were 2 princes living in the same castle. No they arent blood siblings. They are actually step brothers. Their mum and dad respectivley got remarried and the 2 brothers were united in this castle. They hate each other but, deep down they know that the bond they shared over the years is irreplacable.
One day the 2 princes went out for a walk in their town in disguises to obviously mask their identities. While they were walking, they stumbled upon a girl with strikingly long violet hair that reached her mid back struggling to reach for her cat that hid under one of the stalls.
"Nala get out" she pleaded.
She couldnt reach said nala as she was too far inWith no second thought, one of the princes went to help her. Lets name him xavier to make my life easy. Xavief bent down and managed to reach nala as his arms were long. He passed nala to the said far maiden. He look at her and noticed she had the prettiest emerald eyes he had ever seen. She was pretty he thought and for some reason said girl managed to recognise him!
"Omg my lord" she exclaimed and bowed down.
This gesture had made a scene and soon everyone were trying to grasp the situation. He grabbed the girl and dashed towards the outskirts of the town to avoid anyone finding out who he really was. His brother who witnessed everything ran after him. The girl was confused but none the less continued thanking both the princesThe princes then said their goodbyes to the girl who was clearly around their age and began walking away.
"You like her dont you. You never help anyone. Not even me"
xavier smiled and couldnt help but wonder what her name was. And they went back to the castle.
The following night came. Xavier just could not forget that girl. Her pale and smooth skin. Her beauty that stopped anyone in their tracks. Her long slightly wavy violet hair and her dazzling emerald eyes that rendered him powerless. He needed to see her he thought. And that is exactly what he did the next morning.
He went out alone this time to the town. He walked towards the same stall he found her at the very same time yesterday and she wasnt there. He had a hunch that he needed to walk around somemore. When all of a sudden, he saw nala run past him in a flash. "NALA COME BACK" that same voice, he thought.
Just then the girl came crashing into him. He managed to catch her while zlightly loosing his balance but thank the heavens he didnt fall with her.
The girl looked up at him and said "please help me get my cat my lord he is the only one i have left with me"
Right on que he let go and started chasing after the cat. He managed to grab nala before nala ran up a tree. The girl came running after him and hugged nala. She thanked him again over and over.
The prince looked at her in a daze. She looked exactly the same. Same baby pink sundress which came midthigh and the same dazzling green eyes she wore.
"Whats your name?"
"Rina. "She said in a murmur.
He said the name in his heart and smiled. "Sorry for everything prince its just that nala is the only family i have. Dont know wgat i would do without her"
for some reason he understood. Xavier lost his mum at age 5. She has it worse as she has noone but for some reason he wanted to be her pillar.
He grabbed her hand and said. "Well nala isnt the only family you have anymore. And im dead serious" rina looked at him wide eyed and
smile. And they walked towards the lake hand in hand with nala sitting on xavier"s head
