Rileys POV

"Riley, get up" I heard a female voice call. "One more minute" I replied. "Get up" the voice repeated. As I was more awake the voice turned into Y/n's. "Mmm.... why are you here?" I asked. She gave me a look that read 'You don't want your girlfriend here, well dang'. "I mean I want you here..... But your usually not here this early, I'm usually at your house by now" I told her. "I thought why not return the favor" she chuckled. I rubbed my eyes, rolling out the bed. I looked at Hueys bed, noticing him gone. "Where's the afro head?" I asked. "I saw him leave to go to Jazmines" She said. "Oh, well at least he's with his girl" I said. "He's always with his girl" Y/n said, getting a little defensive. "Well shouldn't he be?" I questioned. She just nodded. "Hey, maybe we should go out for dinner" I suggested. "Yeah, okay" Y/n smiled. She walked out my room. "Where are you going?" I asked. "Home" She answered. I laid back so I could back to sleep. "Don't go back to sleep!!" She shouted. I sighed, getting out of bed.

I walked out the house as Huey and Jazmine walked in. "Hey, the house is yours tonight..... Imma be out" I said. Im pretty sure Huey wasn't paying attention and Jazmine probably didn't care.

Y/n's POV
I had to find the perfect outfit for tonight. After about 5 minutes of looking I found a Leather jacket, my black skinny jeans, and a white shirt with a black heart on there. When I was about to do my make-up my phone started ringing. I looked at the caller ID and it was Josiah.

You: Y/n's house, how may I be at service?

Josiah: You can come to New York with us!

You: Or....... You can stay out my life forever!

Josiah: Or......... You can come home

You: New York isn't home

Josiah: Your family here

You: No, my family's here... I'm sorry Josiah

**End of call**

I can't believe Josiah wanted me to go to New York. How could they leave all we have here?? Our old friends became our family again, strangers we didn't know became friends and best friends. How could they leave all we have here??

About a minute later I caught myself crying. "I can't do this to myself" I said softly. "I can't" I said getting louder. "Why do I care?" I scream. "WHY!!!".

An hour later

I woke up and noticed how late it was. "Snap!" I whispered. I jumped in the shower. When I got out I put on my grey ripped jeans, a white shirt, and my olive green bomber jacket. I ran downstairs when I heard a knock on the door. I opened to see Riley. "Hey" I said quietly. "Hi" he said. I took a deep breath, walking out the door.

"It seems like today was an actual normal day" Riley said. "I agree" I said. I didn't actually agree, I just couldn't let him know I didn't agree. "You okay?" Riley asked. "You seem.... distance". "I'm fine. Just happy to be here with you" I lied, playfully punching him in the arm. He chuckled as we sat down for our picnic. "You know..... Huey actually seemed like Huey today" Riley told me. "That's good. Hes getting back to his normal life" I said. I stared off into space when I heard Riley say, "Lets eat".

An hour after eating, talking, and being weird.

"Today was perfect" I lied, putting on a fake smile that made Barbies seem real. "Glad you liked it" He said. He gave me a kiss on the cheek, as I walked into the house. I picked up the boys phone, as I listened to all the voicemails.

"Y/n Please come home!"

"We miss you!"

"Chris isn't feeling well.... he's sick!"

"Please.... we need you!!"

"Chris Just had a asthma attack!!"

"He's in the hospital!!"

"They think he's dying!!"

They were all Josiah!! My brother needed me and so I had to go. I called Riley to explain everything and then packed my stuff up.

On my way out the door I saw Riley, Huey, Jazmine, and Cindy. "Where are y'all going?" I asked. "Where are you going?" Cindy asked. "New York" I said. "Be Careful" Huey told me. "Of course" I said. "I love you" Riley said. "I love you too" I said, giving him a quick kiss.

New York here I come.
