Niklaus Mikaelson had plenty of enemies, with a perfect reason to hate him. He was the Original Hybrid, a monster who all monsters feared. Hatred towards him was a common thing, and towards this man, there was no shortage of it.

The second word was out that the sire link between all the vampires and Klaus was severed, many out for revenge were out for him. His family were the only people he could trust, as they are the only ones who didn't wish to see him dead. Especially with the prophecy around, Klaus was more paranoid.

Now a dreadful ex from the past shows up and he is, of course, wary of her. Brielle Kane is vengeful towards him, but events happen and she finds herself forgetting the reason she came to New Orleans.

In which Brielle Kane comes to New Orleans after hearing the news of Klaus Mikaelson. Like many vampires, she was after him as well.

Brielle showed up to New Orleans with one thought in mind, kill the bastard who ruined her life.

But; through time her motives changed for a girl who had the same last name with the very person she came her to kill.
