Guest Room - Chapter 20

| Felix's POV |

RECAP:
An unexpected knock came from the door and Anthony ran over to answer it.

Marzia has a shocked look on her face when the door opens.

"H-hey man!" Ian chimes.

Thank god it wasn't a criminal.
As soon as Ian walked through the door frame, a shy Melanie came walking behind him.

I walk over to Ian and Melanie and greet them with a hug.

"Hey!"

"Damn bro! I didn't think you would be here!" Ian says excitedly.

"Well Marzia's been tired of the home scene..." I trail off.

Ian glances over my shoulder to see Marzia surrounded by Melanie and Kalel chattering.

"Wow! Congrats man!" he says and smiles.

I smile back and walk over to Marzia.

We all get called over to the table again and eat some awesome food Kalel made. She only told us that everything was vegan. It was surprisingly good!

| Marzia's POV |

I was so glad to see Melanie and Ian here but it was getting a bit to stuffy in here for me.
We have dinner with everyone and I silently slip out of the room and sit on a-what I assume was a guest bed.
I hear people panicking, but I just lay flat. I was exhausted.
Next thing I knew my eyes had fallen shut and I ran away to sleep.

| Anthony's POV |

"Calm down Felix. She couldn't have wandered off." I say trying to calm down the freaking out Felix.

"But I can't! I don't know where the hell she is!" he yells back at me.

"Well, let's first look around the house." Kalel suggests.

We start hunting down the 'lost' Marzia when I look into the bedrooms and stumble upon the last door. The guest room.
I quietly open the door and see Marzia. Quietly snoring.

"Felix?" I run and grab him.

He quickly turns around and I smile. He knows I've found her.

"Be quiet..." I say and open the door again.

| Felix's POV |

Anthony had lead me to a closed door and opened it to reveal Marzia. She was sleeping.

"Ahh thank god.." I mumble under my breath.
I quietly walk over to Marzia and sit down by her feet.
I look up to her and see her smiling a bit. I wonder what kind of things she could be dreaming of.

I softly poke her shoulder and her eyes quickly open.

"Wha-? Felix? Oh gawsh did I fall asleep?!" she quickly stammers.

"Yes babe. You did!"

"Oh my god I'm so sorry!" Marzia looks around and sees Anthony standing in the doorway.

"I'm so sorry Anthony." She says guilty.

"Pfft... It's okay. It's something I'll have to get used to one day."
Marzia giggles a bit.

Marzia looks over to me with guilt written all over her face.
I pull her over to me and kiss her.

"I-I'll let the others know..." Anthony says awkwardly.

I break free of the kiss and laugh.

"Wanna go back in now that you're feeling a bit better sweetheart?" I say to the yawning Marzia.

"Sure." she says pulling a smile.

Marzia and I had an awesome time 'partying' with our L.A. friends. We managed to ask Ian, Anthony and their girlfriends to be the godparents of our baby. After we announced that Marzia had crawled up into the guest room again. Fortunately Kalel and Anthony let us stay there for the night. I didn't really want to wake Marzia up again.

Marzia headed off to bed and I helped clean up a bit. We headed off to bed, and I slipped into bed with the snoring Marzia. She was so adorable.
