Playground ~ Epilouge - Chapter 23

-3 years later-

| Marzia's POV |

"Come here Riley!" I yell and hear little feet stumbling across the wooden floors.

I kneel down to the little toddler with bright blue eyes and sandy, fluffy hair.

"Try to get daddy up okay?" I say and ruffle her soft hair.

She nods back and runs to Felix and our bedroom.
I follow her and stand in the doorway.

"Daaaaddddeeeee!" Riley yells at the top of her lungs.

Squeaking of the bed followed because she was jumping.

"Yes my princess..?" Felix grumbles.

"Mommy says to get up..." she whispers.

Felix looks over to me and smiles.

"Well did mommy say I could do this?" He says laughing and pulls
Riley into him.

He tickles her sides and Riley squeals.

"Mommy- h-help!" she says giggling.

I leap onto Felix and tackle him from behind.

"Gotcha!" I whisper in his ear.

"Oh no!" he yells and pretends to die.

Riley stops giggling and seriousness takes over her face.

"Daddy?" she says tears forming in the corners of her eyes.

"Yes sweetheart?" Felix says opening an eye.

"Are you dead like Grandma and Grandpa?" she says now bawling.

See 2 years after we had Riley we went to Sweden. We went to see Felix's parents. We were all together in their car. We all unfortunately got into a terrible car crash. Felix's parents- they didn't make it. Riley always talks about them. I'm always surprised she can remember things like that.

Tears began to form in Felix's eyes.

"No-no Riley. Daddy's here." He says pulling her into a hug.

I join in and begin to cry. Felix had been a train wreck since the accident. Even though it was 1 year already.

We stopped our crying fit and Riley calmed down already.

"Hey Riley wanna go to the park?" I say and pull her off the bed.

"Yeah!"

"Well how about you wait in your room and mommy will be there shortly!"

"Okay mommy!" she says excitedly and runs down the hallway.

"Hey hon. It's okay." I say and pull Felix into a hug.

He began to cry and made a little wet spot on my shirt.

"T-thanks Marzia..." He mumbles in his tears.

"Hey now, it's okay. You know and I know they are always watching over us no matter what. They're never gone sweetheart." I say rubbing his back.

He smiles and pulls away from the hug.

"Yeah." He says and pulls me into a unexpected kiss.

I kiss him back and Riley comes running into the bedroom.

"Mommy coming?" she says.
I pull away and nod.

| Felix's POV |

I crawled out of bed and got dressed. A light blue t-shirt and beige shorts.

"Coming?" Marzia says and steps into our gigantic closet wearing a little pink dress.

"Hey I remember that dress..." I say and pull her into a hug.

"I wore this dress when the most perfect, and most worst thing happened..."

"Lets remember the good and not the worst." I say and peck her on the lips.

We eventually get outside with Maya and Edgar. Riley was staring at them in amazement.
We got to a little private playground which was provided by our secret house.
Since I hit 45 million subs, we needed to move somewhere where no one would bother us. The bros got kinda aggressive.

A bench was placed in front of the playground and Marzia let Riley down to play with the pugs on the playground.
We both sit down and I wrap my arm around Marzia.

"Babe..." she says softly.

"Yeah...?"

"I love you." she says and kisses me on the cheek.

"I love you too my sweet Marzia."

Marzia rested her head on my shoulder and we watched our little Riley play with the pugs.

Now this life is perfect.

But there was this one thing running through my mind that never went away.

How will Riley turn out?
