"well I didn't talk to him, he called and left a message" Fin said as he pulled out his phone
Fin hit play on the voice mail
"Hey Fin, it's Elliot, I know I haven't talked much lately but I'm coming back to New York and I was wanting to know if you wanted to meet up, if it's all right with you then we can meet later today at like 3:00? call me back when you get time, bye" Elliot said
Olivia sighed and looked at Fin
"I gotta go, meet Brian" Olivia said
"Liv, we gotta talk about Elliot" Fin said
"There's nothing to talk about Fin, he left without saying anything and wouldn't let me talk to him, I'm with Brian now and I have to go" Olivia said as she walked away
Olivia walked to the station and saw Brian sitting on the stairs
"Hey baby" Brian said standing up
"Hey" Olivia said smiling and handing him his coffee
"thank you" Brian said handing Olivia her laptop bag
"Thank you baby" Olivia said kissing his cheek
Brian kissed her softly
Olivia smiled and pulled away
"You coming over tonight?" Olivia said
"Yeah" Brian said
"okay, I'll see you tonight" Olivia said while kissing his cheek and then walking in to the station
Olivia walked in and saw Munch
"John what are doing here?" Olivia said
"Being retired is boring" Munch said
"Your coming back to work?" Olivia said
"Yeah, I start right now" Munch said
"Oh my gosh that's awesome" Olivia said smiling
Munch smiled and sat down at his desk infront of Fin's desk
Later that day at 3 Fin took of Early and went meet Elliot
Fin sat down in front of Elliot at a diner
"hey man" Fin said
"hey" Elliot said
"how you been?" Fin said
"I'm alright, how about you?" Elliot said
"I'm fine, Elliot lets just get to it, where have you been man" Fin said
Elliot sighed
"I've been in Colorado with Kathy and the kids" Elliot said
"your back with Kathy?" Fin said
"No, we were trying to work on it but um it wasn't going to happen" Elliot said
"why not I mean you were there for 3 months" Fin said
"we were doing good for a while, we were like a family again but things happened" Elliot said messing with his cup
"what happen?" Fin said
"um, I called Kathy by the wrong name." Elliot said
"what?" Fin said
"I called her Olivia...while we were in bed" Elliot said
Fin chocked on his beer and smiled
"what!" Fin said
"don't laugh it wasn't funny, she got mad and kicked me out" Elliot said laughing at himself a little
