"W-wait for me!!" I think he finally snapped back to reality, as I see him run after me. After he finally catches up with me, he's already panting and sweating "how? W-why?" I just roll my eyes "cause, I mean, why the hell not?... Besides, I like it"
We walk upstairs, heading to the first class of the day, in a comfortable silence, and trying to ignore the fact that we'll probably be deaf after school, since everyone is almost yelling and screaming over each other, so others can hear them.
"Anyways," he breaks the silence "did you know we're getting a new student?" as he mentions that, I can practically feel myself getting squished like a bug. "R-really?" I really don't like when new people come... Why? Because, usually Felix, as the 'cool guy' he is, starts hanging out with them... And in about a week he totally replaces me with them. Now don't get me wrong, I like if he has other friends too... But he's the only friend I have. So no, I really don't want him replacing me with them. "Yeah!"
He snaps me out of my thoughts. "Do you, like... Know anything about him.. Or her?" "sorry bro, the only thing I know is, that it's a he..." "oh... Ok" he usually knows some things about the new student before we even meet him... Or her. "But I guess we'll find out soon" he says, pointing at the all known yellow wooden door of the classroom.
We head in, and Felix takes his usual seat in the fron of the class and pats the seat next to him, for me to sit there. I shake my head and head to the back of the classroom and take a seat. It's nice, it's a desk in the corner of the classroom, next to a window and because I love staring outside through the window, I just had to sit there. I pull out my black notebook for drawing and start doodling in it, as other students come in. I felt them staring at me, those looks of disgust just piercing through me like a sword. And, for the first time in history, the teacher saved me from them staring even more.
