Camila Cabello is a commoner whose parents operate a Laundromat. She is a swimmer of her school which doesn't even have a swimming pool.She bumps into Normani, but later Lauren Jauregui shows her feeling for her and their relationship gets tangled...
After Normani yells at Camila for interfering, she walks off with tears in her eyes. She looks upset with herself, but the next day, when everyone gathers at the airport to send Liam off, Normani is conspicuously absent.
Camila is in a mopey mood, thinking of Normani. She asks Lauren in a dejected voice, "Can I ask you something?" Lauren responds, "If I said no, are you going to not ask?" Referring to her (formerly assertive) attitude, she tells her, "Just act like you did before. This doesn't suit you." For what it's worth, Lauren has said this a couple times before, which I think is telling — she might complain about how she always talks back but that's obviously why she likes her. She's got no use for weak, defeated girls.
Camila asks if it's a good idea to "push down your feelings and not show any emotion" when you like somebody a lot. She tells her that's crap; it's the same as ignoring them. If the earth caved in the next day, wouldn't she die of regret?
A little surprised, Camila responds, "You know, you may not be an idiot in everything." She acts as though that's a compliment, and says she'd rather regret doing something than regret not doing something.

Liam says his goodbyes to F4 (I suppose it's F3 right now), and it's nice to see them acting like longtime friends. He hugs Camila and asks her to remember his request (to make Normani smile again).
As he walks to his gate, he looks around, hoping to see Normani and disappointed when she doesn't appear.
Just as the girls sigh that Normani's acting pretty cold by not coming, she appears. She's actually been here for hours.
Camila thinks Normani being a coward, and takes her to task: "What are you doing? Is this all you can do? Follow her!"
At that, Normani produces her ticket and passport: "I'm taking the next flight." Ally wonders what made she change her mind; Normani says that Camila did.
Before leaving, Normani turns to Camila: "Thank you. It's because of you that I realized I'd have to be honest. You taught me that sometimes you need the courage to hang on. I'm glad I got to know a girl like you."
