I have never been in love Maybe its because of the higher digits on the scale Maybe its because my facial features are not the proper proportions or in the right place Or maybe its because my social status is not high or up to date But like everyone else, I have an idea of the perfect love for me He'll put his time and effort into what we do together He will hold me for comfort, not just when I ask him to He'll take me on long cliche walks by the beach We'll watch the sun set together, sitting on his red mustang at a place where we can see all the city lights He will have a romantic proposal planned with a half hour long speech Every night we'll dance under the stars while our song But with love, you can never tell Don't expect what Mr or Mrs Right will look like Your future spouse might be your best friend They might be the person you met at the coffee shop last week They might even be the nerd from your high school science class Your love will not always do the things you expected either, but they will always make sure you are happy Some relationships might not work out, maybe that's because you're looking in the wrong places or for the wrong person You don't always have to search for love, sometimes it will find you Love can be the beautiful girl on the bus you've never spoken to Or that hot guy you and your friends whisper and giggle about You just have to take the chances When you do find love remember this... Before you choose who you want to go to prom with or who you want to spend the rest of your life with, just ask yourself... Is this for money? Is this to make someone else proud? Is this to make someone jealous? Is this what I truly want? When you do find love or love finds you, be happy, take chances, live life, enjoy the romance, and have fun doing the unexpected.
