The House

After I finished unpacking all my stuff it was around 7pm. I went out my room and next door to Tyler's door and knocked softly. I heard some shuffling and then the door opened. There was Tyler standing there shirtless. I took a few second to over look his body. He had a nice 8 pack, visible muscles and a toned body.

"You done checking me out?" Tyler asked with a smirk on his face. I instantly felt a blush rising on my checks.

"I-I wasn't checking you out," I said. "I was just gonna ask if you were still going to give me a tour of the house?."

"Oh yea sure. Well this is the second floor of the house," Tyler began as he started walking down the hallway. "All these doors are rooms. It goes from youngest to oldest so Sophia's is closest to the staircase so my parents can get her and Trey's is all the way down the hallway." Next Tyler took me downstairs and to what I'm guessing is the family room.

"This is the family room/living room." Tyler said. I took a look around and saw lots of pictures of the kids and the whole family. There was a big flat screen TV mounted to the wall. There were many different couches all organized in a nice way that almost circled that whole room. Next Tyler took me across the room to a what looked like the dinning room. There was one long table to eat and it was set with nice plates and napkins and all of that jazz.

"This is the dinning room. We only eat here on special occasions like Christmas or Thanksgiving or if we have family over." Tyler said. I must have had a confused look on my face because then Tyler looked at me and said,

"We eat in the other dinning room. Here I'll show you it." He said as he grabbed my hand and dragged me to another room through a swinging door. To the right was a big, gorgeous kitchen. It was updated with all new appliances with clear glass cabinets and a marbled stove and a beautiful backsplash. To the left was another table not as big as the one in the other dinning room but it was pretty big considering their family size.

"Now this is where we eat on a regular basis. If you ever need any snacks or drinks make yourself at home and eat whatever you want that's in there," Tyler said. "But don't you dare touch my Reese's or I'll attack you." he said with a stern voice. I just shook my head and laughed.

Tyler finished showing me the house and let me tell you it's very big. There a huge backyard with a swimming pool, a trampoline, a full size basketball court and a hot tub. There was a gaming room, a music room, a theater room, and a basement dedicated to a hang out space.

"Wow your house is really big," I said. "How do you not get lost like I don't even know where my room is from here"

"To be honest I don't quite know. Do you want me to take you back to your room?" He asked and I just nodded. He grabbed my hand and led me through a bunch of halls and upstairs till we were in front of my room.

"Well thank you for showing me around. It was very nice of you." I said looking into his beautiful blue eyes.

"No problem. Anything for you." He said with a smirk. I laughed and we both stood there awkwardly looking into each other's eyes. I swear Tyler started to lean in and our faces were only inches apart until Veronica yelled through an intercom. 

"Dinners ready. Everyone come downstairs." I jumped back and Tyler just sighed.

"I guess we should go down there now." I said and Tyler just nodded. We walked downstairs in awkward silence and sat away from each other.

At the dinner table I noticed someone I haven't seen. She was the cutest baby ever. She had bright sparkling blue eyes and beautiful blonde hair.

"Is this Sophia?" I asked to Veronica. She nodded.

"It is indeed. Can you say hi Sophia. This is your new sister Audriana." Veronica said to Sophia.

She didn't say anything but smile and wave which I thought was flipping adorable.

"Oh Audriana did Tyler show you around the house yet?" Veronica asked.

"Yes he did and may I just say that you have a big lovely house and I'm so very happy that you let me into your home." I say while trying to hold back my tears. My family was never this rich, but they worked supper hard to get me everything I needed and now here I am in this big lively home with people I barley know without them.

"May I be excused?" I asked Veronica.

"Yes of course sweetie." She said.

I didn't hesitate and walked as fast as I could to the stairs and to my room. I was surprised I didn't get lost. When I got to my room I closed the door and ran over to my bed and starting crying.

"I just don't understand," I said "Why my parents? Why did they have to leave me? Why couldn't I go with them?"

"Because then I wouldn't have met you." Someone said. I turned around to see Tyler standing in the doorway. He walked over to me and pulled me into a hug while I just cried.

After I finished crying I looked up to see Tyler staring at me.

"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked. I nodded my head and led him to my bed where I sat down and he sat down next to me.

"I know I told you I'm here because of family problems," I said while looking down and fiddling with my hands, "which is sorta the truth, but I'm actually here because m-my p-parents are d-dead." By now I was in tears and Tyler was holding me.

"Audriana I'm so sorry. I know me saying sorry won't do anything but I just want to let you know that I'm here for you no matter what. You can talk to me about literally anything. Boy trouble, drama, you're periods," I just laughed at him "Audriana I really hope you like staying with my family because I know that everyone there loves you."

"Thank you Tyler. For everything you've done so far." I said looking into his eyes. He looked back at me and he started to lean in. Our faces were inches away and he closed the gap. His lips were so soft and they felt so good on my lips. He licked the bottom of my lip asking for entrance and I let him. Our tongues explored each other's until he pulled away.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that." He said with a blush on his face.

"It's ok," I said "I liked it." I said with a blush.

"Ok. Well I'm gonna go to bed and if you need anything you can knock on my door." Tyler said standing up and walking towards my door.

"Ok. Goodnight." I said.

"Goodnight gorgeous." Tyler said with a wink and shut my door.

I stayed awake that night thinking about everything that has happened in the past 48 hours. My parents dying, me moving here, mine and Tyler's kiss we shared. So much has happened to me and I am really proud of myself for being so strong about everything. I know my mom and dad wouldn't want me to be crying all day and night about them, but celebrating the good life they had. With that I closed my eyes and had a good sleep.
