Sabrina made eggs, sausage. bacon, and toast. She made sure to add jam and butter to the table, as she didn't know what they wanted for their toast and this way they have a choice.
"This looks lovely my dear, I hope you made enough to join us." Nancy piped up and watched her sons face turn to anger.
She didn't want to make her son angry, but she wanted him to see what he was missing with a good woman, and when his dad hit him with the news of the marriage they wanted well lets say shit was going to hit the fan.
The company was going to need him more now when his dad decideds to travel and when that happens, both of his parents want him to be settled with a good wife. They do not want some gold digger to come in and destroy what they have been building. They now own four gas stations, and it is going great. The thing is Ryan is younger and can come up with more ideas to help the company grow if he gets his head out of the wild nights.
After they sat at the table to enjoy their breakfast Nancy decided to make the subject mostly about Sabrina. She wanted to know as much as she could about the woman, other then she is pretty. What does she feel about having a family and children?
"So Sabrina tells a little bit about yourself. We didn't get a chance to really talk much yesterday with Katie wanting to take you around town." She gigled when saw Sabrina's cheeks turn a light pink.
She snapped her eyes over to Nancy and looked like a doe caught in headlights, what did they want to know. Her life was seriously boring and she didn't want to tell them about her partying.
"Um...I don't know what to say. I went to college and had an okay job for awhile, but I got tired of my boss and his advances so I had to quit. Now I am here." She smiled at leat tried to show them a good smile.
"Where is your family dear?"
"Mom is all over the world with boyfriend, she comes to see me twice a year. It's just me and Katie, she is like my sister since I am an only sibling."
Three sets of eyes were on her and she felt uncomfortable with the staring at her as if she were forgein or something. She pushed her plate away from her and waited for the next question.
"What about a boyfriend that would be coming to see you?" She asked, again keeping her eyes on Ryan as she asked.
Ryan balled his hands into fist and tried to duck them under the table before anyone saw him. His eyes flicked to Sabrina and he waited intently for her answer, for not wanting to ever settle down he was hanging on her answer.
Clearing her throat so she could speak because she felt her throat and mouth go dry. This is the last question she wanted to answer, but she was right she had to know if there would be any problems with her.
"You don't have to worry about that one. I am single and I did not tell anyone that I was coming here anyways. It is best for me to concentrate on myself before I try to make a relationship with someone else. I learned my lesson with men and I like being alone." She smiled brightly at them, which in turn had Nancy frowning.
"Only ugly people say that so you are telling us you are ugly Sabrina?" He asked laughing at the shocked look on her face.
With a bright red face she stuttered out, "what? No, I-I-I am not ugly. Men suck so I leave the alone."
"So you swing the other way huh?"
"That's enough Ryan, we were trying to get to know Sabrina." She chided him.
Ryan gave Sabrina a dirty look before pushing his plate away and walking away from the table, but before he could walk out of the kitchen his dad spoke to him, "Ryan if you have a moment I would like to talk with you."
