I checked myself in the mirror for the thousandth time. I look at my half- pink-half- black hair, pink cat ears, black jeans, The 1975 band t-shirt, and pink Vans. I can't believe I was allowed to walk by myself. I was going to meet the mysterious boy. "Okay Melanie" he says "remember don't talk to strangers and don't even go near them don't walk in the middle of the road and don't go anywhere except for the meeting point and come right back!"
