*Taylor's POV*
It's Wednesday, and today, hopefully Andrew, Abigail, and me will get to hang out together at the starbucks that's near my house. Then after that we will walk back to my home and watch some movies in my room and we will probably all just end up falling asleep here. Wednesday was like our special hanging out day. But we haven't really hung out in about 3 weeks because Andrew is always too busy with Jessica.
Sometimes I just hang out alone with Abigail. It's obviously not the same without Andrew, but we had to manage.
I walked down to the kitchen and said hi to my mom. I gave her a small kiss on the cheek and went past her heading for the door.
As soon as I opened the door I saw a shy looking Andrew walking up the stairs to my door, when he saw me, he stopped and smiled at me. It was so hard to hide the blush that started to spread around my face. He hasn't even said a word to me and I'm already blushing. That's the one thing I hate about him. The effect he has on me.
"Well look who's early today" he said with a smirk,
I rolled my eyes at him and walked down the front steps past him, as if he wasn't there. I wasn't trying to be mean, more like, I was trying to keep my cool around him. Yes he is my bestfriend and yes I am completely comfortable around him, but sometimes I just feel like I'm about to embarass myself, so it's better to pretend for now, you know how people say, "fake it 'till you make it".
"Come on Andrew we'll be late for school." I said as I started walking.
We've always walked together to school, unless one of us isn't going to school that day, in which case we both stay home and we just hang out all day.
"Hold up!" He called from behind, but I didn't stop. I heard his footsteps approach until he reached me and started walking by my side.
"Aren't you in a hurry." He says in a surprised voice.
"I'm not in a hurry, I just don't like to be late to school." It's the truth, I've always been a straight-A student, I never get late to class and I always do my homework on time. That doesn't make me a nerd, it just means that I am a dedicated person, I want to succeed in life. Besides, there's absoloutley nothing wrong with being a nerd. Nerds are awesome, in my opinion.
"That was quite the show you put up last night." He said, while smiling widely at me.
"What show?" I was as confused as the turkey who had been fed like a king and then killed out of nowhere on december.
"In your room last night, personally I liked how your hair looked in the pigtails," He chuckled.
It was then that I realized what he was talking about. I'm sure my face turned red faster than he could blink, well there goes my cool.
"Oh. My. God, you saw that," I started laughing nervously, and just to make me suffer even more he said.
"But that hipie look was so cute, you should dress like that all the time," He's obviously just saying that to bother me and embarrass me.
"You might want to try and close your curtains at night don't you think?" He laughed.
"And you might want to try to not stalk your neighbor who forgets to close her courtains," I shoved his arm playfully.
