Sasuke's P.O.V:

After all that craziness and that emotional relief at Sakura's house, we started to date. We watched movies for the rest of the night and when I went home I asked her if we could date. And she said yes.

It shocked me at first, but I was ecstatic. When I went home I told Itachi about what happened. Everything. I needed his advice. I may have the potential to become smarter than him, but for now I will be looking to him for guidance.

Itachi was mulling it over for awhile. He just looked like he was thinking. He showed no emotion and held nothing like a hint on his face, no inkling for me to go off of. It was irritating.

Maybe this is why people think he is so smart, because he hides his feelings and thoughts behind his mask better than others.

I started to tap my finger and think about something else.

Mom was really angry with me when I came home in the morning, but I asked her not to tell dad. She agreed to this surprisingly, however what really shocked me was that she said that I should rest and to tell her when I'm ready.

How do moms always know what to say. . . And why is it freaking me out more than usual when she doesn't hound me with questions?

"Your face is giving you away," Itachi commented, pulling me out of my retrieve. I looked at his onyx eyes that give me his usual expression.

I frown, "at least I'm not Mr. Blank Face like you. I can't tell what the hell you're thinking! I have been trying to get my mind off that frustrating fact, and my over-thinking brain found something new to mull over and be annoyed with!" more liked freaked out.

He gave me a slanted smile, "sorry Sasuke, but this is just my normal face. Forgive me," he said and tapped me on the forehead.

"Tch" I turned away, knowing that I was pouting slightly. I crossed my legs and looked out into the garden from our spot. The sun was shining and and all the rain from that retched day had almost completely dried up.

"So."

Itachi looked at me.

"Tch" I rolled my eyes at him, "your thoughts?"

He sighed and pondered a bit more before saying, "well I don't really think it's my place to say anything."

After all that thinking, this is what he says. I'm about to interrogate him and tell him that I don't care, that I want answers from him, when I think about it again.

He doesn't know the Sakura that I know. He may have known her from the past, but she has changed.

I smiled and looked towards the blue sky. Itachi looked at me strangely.

"Hn. . . Thank's, Itachi."

He smiled with me and stood up, "anytime Sasuke." He walked back into the house, leaving me alone to process my thoughts.

~Later on~

Sakura and I, laid on her couch as we watched a movie and ate kettle-corn. It wasn't a sappy romance, it was actually a psychological thriller that she put on called The Shining.

She was smiling through the whole thing, even as the wave of blood came through the hallway of the hotel. She "oh'ed" and awed at the acting, directing and careful coordination of the entire plot of the movie.

After the movie was over we sat on the couch. Well I sat on the couch, she lazily sprawled her legs over mine and rested her heads on the cushions at the end.
