Ash's POV

"We've been walking all day!" Bonnie complained. "Hey!" Serena shouted. "A Pokemon Center is just a few more minutes walk from here! Lets rest there!"

After a few minutes of walking, they arrived at the Pokemon Center and headed straight for the counter. A women left the counter with a recovered Slowpoke and Wigglytuff and a man stood in front of her. He was blocked from view by a tall potted plant. "...And I said 'i'll use my trusty frying pan as a drying pan!' HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Nurse Joy took a step back. "Ok thanks for that wonderful story, Brock... Um... there's other people in line..." Brock? "Hey?! Nurse Joy! do you know, your hair is a shade of pink darker then all of the other Joys?" "Brock? Brock!" I shouted, running up to him.  "Do I... ASH?" He asked in shock.  Brock turned towards me and looked at my crew behind me. "Hi! i'm Brock!" He said giving a little wave, he then looked over at Serena. "And you are..." Serena was about to respond when he bent down on one knee and shouted, "THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! That's what!" Brock grabbed her hand. "I.. I um..." Serena stuttered backing away. "Rejected by the one girl I loved. I will never find another one like her." Brock whispered sadly. "Don't worry, Brock. You'll find plenty of other girls to reject you." I told him, giving him a pat on the back. "Your right! Just like old times!" Brock cheered. "Anyways, I got to go. A gym can't lead its self. Also, Suzie ripped her dress again... and dad can't sew.."

We wave bye, then gave Nurse Joy our Pokeballs. She told us to sit back and relax, to get some sleep, so we set up camp on some cots and I watched everyone fall asleep. I wonder what has happened to all the friends I have  made over the years. I remember Misty sending postcards a few months after we split ways but I haven't heard from her since. Brock's still gym leader, and breeding Pokemon.  NOTHING has changed with him.  I sighed and rolled over in my bed, stuffing my hands into my pockets. I heard a crinkle and pulled out a piece of paper.
