Dress in my work clothing, I rushed down the busy streets of New York. Gias hair flew in the wind brushing pass people faces. She couldn't be late. Today wasn't like Gias normal routine. She woke up late due to the late night out, clubbing with her best friends which she was dragged too. Gia loved going out, whether it was swimming with sharks or jumping off a building. Partying all night although was the only issue Gia had. It only brought bad luck. After all the restless night in university trying to get all her work done, Gia had enough. And now she was on the verge on getting fired for her tardiness. And it was only her 2nd month at the Grayson and Co. She recently graduated from Liverpool university with an Law degree and luck was on her side as she quickly found an job offer at an famous and successful company. It was a great offer which Gia could not refuse. On her first day there, she was showed the work site and everything was amazing from the sophisticated yet comfortable leather seats to the city view windows. But all her pros vanished when she was introduced to her new boss/partner. Gias small smile was wiped off when she saw who it was. Alexander Grayson. He had also attended Liverpool university which unfortunately Gia met in her first year. Not only was his ego the size of Russia, he annoyed Gia to the core throughout her years in university. In her third year, Gia made the worse mistake she could have ever made. After consuming a lot of tequila, Gia found herself in an unfamiliar bed with a very familiar guy besides her. Gia vowed from then to never let that happen again. And from the smirk that was placed on xander face, she regretted her decision on taking on this job. These past 2 months was nothing but pain in her butt, trying to deal with xander comments. Of course Gia replied back with her own sarcastic comments which Gia could tell got him annoyed. The fact that a women can stand up to him, bewildered him to the extreme. Thus, Xander would definitely not let it go if Gia went into work late today, looking like she just got out of her bed.

Trying to pull her bag onto her shoulder again as the strip fell off, Gia didn't pay attention to where she was going as she bump right into someone. Her bag fell onto the floor with her documents all over the pavement.

"Watch where you're going next time" Gia snapped angry that her documents were scattered all over. She bent down and started to collect all the papers hastily before anyone could step on them.

"I'm not the one who was too preoccupied staring at my bag to realise that I was standing in the busy streets of New York where someone most likely will bump into me" said a deep voice, equally as annoyed as I was.

Gathering the last piece of papers which someone stood on, I glared at the back of the person, sending a mental curse before I turned to the guy I bumped into. He too was returning his pile of papers back into his bag. He stood up, glaring holes down at me.

He was tall probably because I was on the floor, had grey eyes and the most softest brown hair I had seen. From the thin layer of his shirt, you could tell that behind it was a pack of muscles ready to be admired from the female and male species. How frosty his eyes were. They were grey yet they had a hint of green swimming in the fog of grey. Getting lost in thought on how a Greek god would be jealous over this guy, Gia noticed the fearsome glare he was wearing and snapped out her daze.

"How about you say sorry so we can carry on with our lives" I rolled my eyes at the glare and crossed my arms, waiting for him to apologise.

"Yeah I'm sorry I had to bump into a craze girl who thinks without using a brain"

That comment just got me more angry. I forgot about his damn admirable looks and concentrated on the diaoreyha of words about to come out my throat.
