when I was ready I went and stood in the foyer, took a knife and slit my hand open. Pain was shooting through my arm and my blood was pouring everywhere. I could see the struggle in Damon's eyes as he tried to resist my blood. Stefan came rushing into the room and we didn't stop him quick enough! I felt a sudden pain flow through my body, his large but soft hands grabbed me by my waist as he sank his teeth into my neck and drained me of my blood, my body became limp under the pressure. Quickly I cast a spell that froze him in his tracks and I pulled him off me and Damon injected him with vervain so I could release him from my spell as all magic comes with a price. Now he was passed out on the floor. We all did our part and carried him down to the basement and locked him up safely without his daylight ring in case he escapes.
I knew what we had to do but it wouldn't be pretty, we had to drain him of vervain and starve him of blood. To remove the vervain quickly I had to cut along the main arteries till it was all gone. Covered in blood, we tied him to a chair and waited for him to wake up.
Once he had woke up I brew a potion that makes vampires like him easier to control, then I spelled him to feel like he had been starving for weeks, months, then years. He felt the pain as if it were real unlike the screams of pain that were real but I wouldn't stop unless he turned his humanity back on! It took nearly 3 hours to make him snap and turn it back on and when he did his cries were no longer ones of pain but screams of sorrow and regret. All the feelings he had pushed away came flooding back.
"it's okay, I can revive them. I promise" I spoke with softness in my voice but what I said was the truth besides, I always keep my promises!
