detention

[detention: takes place in their fourth year.]

THIRD PERSON

Harry walked to Snape's classroom for detention. He was angry and upset that he had to be here, because it meant he had to miss quidditch practice. He thought Snape probably planned it that way, seeming as he was always his least favourite student. Harry sighed before entering the classroom, a deep frown on his face.

"Ah, Potter," Snape said when Harry entered, "I see you finally arrived." Harry mentally rolled his eyes, he actually wasn't late. "Now take a seat."

Harry sat down at a nearby table, but not before noticing that Malfoy was here as well. He found it very unusual, as Draco was basically Snape's favourite student and his godson. He decided to forget it and sit quietly.

Then Snape stood up, "I have to meet Professor Dumbledore for a while. I trust you two will behave?" Then he stalked out of the room, his robes billowing.

Harry mentally groaned and thought about how now it was a free for all for Malfoy to bother him. Surprisingly, Malfoy stayed quiet and didn't even look at Harry for a few minutes. Then, much to Harry's dismay, the Slytherin stood up and walked over to Harry. The only reason that Harry didn't enjoy being around Malfoy was because all he ever did was argue with Harry and say snarky things.

Draco, unlike Harry, was quite happy to be in a room together and alone. He may have a secret crush on the raven haired boy.

"Hello, Harry," Draco greeted him, and kindly too.

Harry was shocked and Draco could see it on his face. The Gryffindor boy had never heard Draco speak to him in a kind way, or with his first name. It was a surprise, but a pleasant surprise.

"Oh, erm, hello Draco," Harry replied, also using his first name.

"I've been thinking, Harry," Draco then stated.

Harry didn't know about what, but he hoped it wasn't bad. "Oh, about what?"

"About how we're enemies. I'd like to change that, Harry, and for us to be friends."

It took Harry about a minute to reply because be was really shocked to hear Draco say he wanted to be friends. Of course, Harry would much rather have friends than enemies, so he agreed.

"That would be great, Draco. I would like for us to be friends as well," Harry answered, and Draco grinned.

"Well, now I'm definitely glad I got detention."

I think basically everyone does a detention one shot, but oh well. This one didn't mention a relationship (like dating) but it was more a friendship one, that could turn to more ;) yeah there won't be another part sorry babes MAKE IT UP IN YOUR MINDS
