I've never felt pain like this before

DAVIDS POV

I woke up to the sound of a text alert from Killian saying

Mate, I'm at lunch with Emma. I'll be back in an hour. Don't leave until I get back, please.

David: don't worry killy I'm not going anywhere haha. 

I don't know what it was about him it was like a thirst I can't quench, the taste of Captain Killian Jones on my tongue was the like ecstasy.

He asked me to wait an hour for him to get back, I would've waited years if it meant he would come home to me, sleep in my bed and kiss me goodbye in the morning.

Im not sure if I love him, i'm not even sure if I've ever loved anybody.

Watching him love her is like....well I'm not sure what it feels like because I've never felt pain like this before.

Emma Swan is one of my favorite people in this town and if she makes him happier than i'll understand his destination

HOOKS POV

When I walked in Grannie's and saw her sitting at our booth I thought to myself
"I have to look my girlfriend -one of my best friends- in the face and lie to her about what I did last night with another man, her friend.

But when I walked up to the table the thought of the affair left. all I could think about was how beautiful she looked.

Hook: Hello Love.

I leaned over and gave her a kiss and then sat down on the other side of the booth.

Emma: Heyy, for a minute there I thought you weren't gonna show. What were you doing last night?

Hook: I um...David...came (I ran my fingers through my hair nervously) over last night. and I fell asleep on the Jolly Roger. So I had to come back to my room and take a shower and get dressed and stuff. I'm sorry I was late.
(it wasn't a complete lie either)

Emma: it's OK I understand. did David say anything about the date with Mary Margaret??

Hook: uh..

Emma: oh come on I need to know! Haha

Hook: he wasn't exactly sure yet I guess.

Emma: ok ok. Um.. So... I need to ask you something.

Hook: swan, we just got here. We can go back to your place after lunch. Haha.
