I was running after her. Her long hair springing out of her red cap. Her frail legs rushing towards nowhere...
"Wait! Please!" I yelled.
She slowed down and panted as I caught up to her and grabbed her wrist.
"Unknown!!" I yelled as my breath was cutting my words short.
She turned around to face me and as she did, one tear fell from her eye.
I widened my eyes as I saw how beautiful she was.... Her mesmerizing stare, her long black hair, her pink flushed lips.... everything about her was... perfect.
She smiled through her tears and held my hand, without realizing she had put a letter in my hand.
As I looked down to the letter and back up to her....
She was gone.
Vanished.
Literally disappeared.
"What the fuck?"
