Branch's words made the Doglike Crocodile angry so he snarled at him like a fierce dog:

'Oops! - I guess I shouldn't have said that... - RUN!' shouted Branch and grabbed Poppy's hand pulling her behind him. But after a few steps Poppy said 'No!'. She stopped, took her hand away & looked back because Creek wasn't running with them.
Branch got surprised and asked 'What now?'. And then he looked where Poppy was looking & noticed that Creek was still standing where he was standing before & started to sing a Song to the Crocodile! Poppy smiled and asked Branch'Do you see what I see?' because the Crocodile wasn't chasing them! He didn't attack Creek! - He was just listening to his song & Seemed to Like It!
Branch frowned & told him 'Creek! - I said 'Run' - not 'Sing!' but Creek ignored it and kept singing and Poppy said 'Calm down, Branch - it seems to work!'. 'You're right!' said Branch surprised 'That Crocodile seems to Like Music!'. 'Keep singing, Creek!' Poppy encouraged him so Creek sang the song till the end... - & Gristle's Pet Crocodile Started to DANCE!
