This book honestly sucks, which is why I unpublished it. But I decided to republish it so here you go.

I heard yelling as I pushed open the doors to get outside. I sprint to the group of people huddled in a circle to find Lara on top of another girl. I push through the people who were chanting or recording.
"You people are worthless! Lara stop!" I tried to pull Lara off of the girl, who I couldn't recognize because her face was covered in blood. Her hair was tangled form Lara obviously pulling on it.
Suddenly I felt hands on my waist, then saw Ethan helping me pull Lara off of the girl. When her hands detached from the girls face, we all fell to the floor. Lara sat there breathing heavily with almost no marks on her face.
The girl was stupid. Lara was one of the strongest girls in our school, and if you messed with her you would be in the hospital. Unfortunately, this girl was one of those people who got on her nerves. I examine the girl and notice it's Christine Hemings. I wasn't surprised, I noticed she started to flirt with Jakob. Jakob was Lara's boyfriend, he was so loyal! I wish I had a relationship like that.
Some teachers and the principal burst through the crowd, immediately picking up Christine, who seemed lifeless, but was just over exaggerating. I didn't notice but everyone ran away to lunch. I put my hands to my forehead and rest my elbows on my knees. I feel a hand on my back and turn to notice Ethan giving me a reassuring look.
"What is going on here!" I scoffed at how ridiculous the principal sounded.
There was a fight you dumbass!
"Stay away from Jakob, you bitch!" Lara spat.
One of the teachers grabbed Lara and sat her down at the bench. I sat there, flabbergasted at what I just saw. Ethan pulled me up with him, and we sat down by Lara. Why didn't we leave? Because we couldn't bail on our best friend. Especially in a time when she needed us.

"SUSPENDED?!" I was on the edge of my seat when principal Freeman told me I was suspended. I didn't even do anything, I was preventing the fight! If anything the people who just stood there should be suspended.
"You were involved in this mess."
"Helping! I'm the one who stopped the fucking fight!" My mom gave me a death glare and I covered my mouth when I noticed what I said.
"You should have waited for adult staff to come and help." The principal looked at me with anger. I returned the gaze, telling him he was a bitch with my eyes.
"If I did, she would have been dead! Are you saying you wanted her dead?"
"In not saying that at a-"
"Well you're implying it." Ethan cut him off and principal Freeman didn't even turn his head to look.
"Lara will be getting a week suspension. But you and Mr. Dolan, will be getting three days. Christine, however, is suffering major damage and will be gone for two weeks. I'm very disappointed in what happened here today, and I will be seeing all of you in community ser-"
I pushed my chair back at the wall and raised my hands in surrender.
"Let's go! I'm fucking done!" I storm out of the room, with my mom trailing behind. I get out to the car and quickly get in.
I notice my mom talking to Lara and Ethan's parents. She looks over at the car, before finishing her conversation and walking towards me.
I hear Christine's mom screaming at Lara's mom. I try my best to block out the noise, but as we drive away I hear pain in Christine's moms voice.
