*Dick* Special

Third person POV:

You were walking down the street as it rained so hard that your hair and you clothes were completely wet you didn't have you car today because you let you sister borrow you car because that's just how nice you are "F*ck my life" you thought. You kept walking until you saw a coffee shop so you decided to walk in and maybe get some coffee or hot chocolate. You walk in and hear the little bell ring above the door. You walk to the counter as the woman greets you very rudely "what do you want?" She asks you were takin back by her attitude but decided that she was probably having a bad day
"Can I have (f/c) please?" You ask nicely taking out your wallet as you pay her. You notice that she has been looking behind you a lot so you decide to turn around to see what she was looking at.  the moment your eyes landed on the something or someone she was looking at, you thought your heart almost stopped. There was a very handsome man about your age he had the bluest eyes you have ever seen and his hair, his black hair was beautiful. He looked up and turned his head in your direction, he caught you staring at him which made his cheek turn pink, when you realized he caught you you turned pink as well "shit" you cursed under your breath. You made your way to a table and you sat down you looked at you number. Not long after you heard the lady call your number and you where about to get up when you saw the same handsome man was walking over to you with your coffee on his hand and a smile plastered to his face "this is yours right?" He asked his voice it was all so beautiful
"Y-yeah, its mine. Thanks!" You responded "what's your name?" He asked still smiling.
"Oh mine name is (y/n). What's your?"
You ask. "My names Richard, but you can call me dick" he responded
"Do you... I don't know... wanna sit here?" You ask him shyly.
"Uh... yeah sure" he responded.
You both say there in awkward silence asking each other random questions at times. The little bell rang above the door again which made both you and dick turn your heads towards the door you saw dicks eyes widen. There walked in a young man with beautiful green eyes and black hair with a white steak in the front, he also saw a boy in his late teenage years he had beautiful blue eyes and beautiful black hair, and a boy in his early teenage years with gorgeous green eyes and also black hair. "What's wrong?" You ask him
"Oh, nothing's wrong just tha-" he got interrupted by the young man
"Hey dick who's this beautiful lady?" Asked the young man. You blushed at his statement as Dick sent Jason a glare and Jason smirked.
"This is (y/n), (y/n) this is Jason, Tim, and Damian" he responded
"(Y/n), huh a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." Said Jason with a smirk on his face, you push a strand of hair behind your ear, light blush spreads across your cheeks and nose, which makes Jason's smirk widen and
Dicks glare intense.

You and Jason actually got along just fine and Damian and Tim were having a "who can finish their drink the slowest" contest. Dick felt like the third wheel but what caught his eye was that You and Jason blushing.

Time skipped

It had been months and you and dick became good friends but so have you and Jason. Every time you see Jason or Jason sees you both of you are a blushing mess. "Dick what do I do when I have a crush on someone but I'm to scared to tell them?" You ask playing with you hands.
"Depended on who is your crush"
Dick responded nonchalantly
"It's...Jason" you responded.
Dicks heart sank and tears threatened to spill he felt like he was glued into his place and he felt like he lost his voice
"Dick, are you okay? (Y/n) asked worried "y-yeah I'm fine and I think you should just tell him it's better" he responded as he plastered a fake smile in his face. (Y/n)'s eyes lit up with excitement and nervousness.
"Thanks dick you are the best friend anyone could ever ask for!" She exclaimed and ran out of the room.
"Yeah no problem" dick whispered as he let the tears fall, but the truth was that there was a problem because dick fell in love with you and he was willing to give you everything just to see you happy, even if it meant loosing his happiness."That's what friends are for!" he whispered before shutting his eyes and accepting that you'll never see him as more that a friend.

Time skipped to a week later

It's been a week and today was the day (y/n) confessed. Dick was taking a little walk through the garden when he saw you and Jason sitting on the bench. Jason face expressed shocked
And you had your head low as you got up and started to walk away but Jason was quick enough and pulled you by you wrist making you crash into his chest then with his hand he lifted up your chin and crashed his lips into yours. Dick felt his whole world was crumbling down once again before his eyes and all he could do is stare blankly. Dick turned around and walked away.

That night Dick CRIED his heart out he whimpered and tossed and turned on his bed wondering what did Jason have that he didn't was he not good enough.

His last words before falling asleep where " you'll never think of me the way I think of you, and it kills me everyday"
