When I woke up I felt like something was wrong.

It was a really bad feeling, I quickly woke Reko up and after telling him he decided we needed to leave now, we quickly showered.

That's what I loved the most about Reko, he didn't ask dumb ass questions. When I said something was wrong, he listened.

We were putting on clothes and packing when Reko got a phone call.

Its Tony, he mouthed before answering. His face told me everything, my bad feeling wasn't false. He put the fone on speaker.
"Repeat what you just said for Ebony."

"Ebony, I am so sorry to tell you this but somebody has put a bounty on you and Reko. Your apartment is in the system and easy access for a hacker. You guys need to move to Reko's place until we can get you safely here." I hung up.

Reko gently pulled me into his arms and held me, "I'm sorry baby."

I pulled away from Reko ignoring the hurt look I went into the closet and pulled out a black briefcase with a lock.

Reko eyes widened when he saw what was inside. "Damn you are so fucking sexy."

I smirked putting the lock in and opening the case, taking the smaller gun and immediately loading it. I slid the brief case to him and he quickly loaded the matching gun and we shared a long passionate kiss before he smacked my ass. "Stop distracting me woman."

I bit his neck in return then we pulled apart when there was a knock on the door. Reko immediately montioned for us to go out to the balcony. We immediately climbed down to the balcony floor under us.

"We have to get to my house, Tony has some men on the way. They'll get our things, right now we can't afford to get in a shoot out here."

We made our way down two more floors before we went to my car seeing as Reko's was in the direct sight of my apartment. My car also happened to have tinted windows which were a bonus.

I slowly pulled out of the parking place then before I could get all the way out 3 men blocked my path with a gun. Without stopping, I ran over the first guy while Reko shot the other two and we sped away.

I didn't even care.

We put my car in a underground parking lot about two blocks from Reko's house. We separated so we wouldn't draw too much attention.

I ducked into the first hair store I saw buying a wig, shades, bright pink lipstick, sunhat, and a sun dress. Then I walked the two blocks to Reko's house without an issue. When I got there the gate around Reko's house was open.

I didn't know what had happened but I heard the unmistakable sounds of gunshots and ran to the side window of his house ignoring two men dead in Rekos yard. I saw him aiming a gun directly at my head.
"It's me!" I yelled before he fired.

He lowered his gun and I immediately ran to help him move the bodies to the bushes.

"If I hadn't noticed those lips that I love so much you'd be dead."

"Am I supposed to be flattered or scared cuz I'm-" I noticed he was bleeding and put my gun up to touch him. I had to touch him.

Before I could panic, he patted his arm.

"In my arm. Went straight through." I pulled him into his once beautiful kitchen and quickly grabbed a piece a cloth to wrap around his arm.

"Might've went straight through but we dont need you losing too much blood when we got hits out on us baby."

Just as I bent down a bullet hit the wall right where I was standing.

Reko pushed us all the way to the floor as bullets sprayed the area where we were standing.

"I have a safety button under the island behind us. We have to get to it now."

Just as he said that someone kicked down the front door.

I sprinted for the island, shooting a man who was peeking through the window directly in the eye as I went.

I pressed the button as Reko shot the man who came into the doorway and the island broke apart reveiling a hidden tunnel underneath, it was pitch black and I didn't want to step a foot through it without him.

He took my hand. "Jump baby."

Trusting him completely I jumped.

We splashed into water and he never let me. He directed us, swimming until we reached a hidden platform where we climbed up and he pressed another button just as we heard two more splashes in the water.

"I just shut and locked the trapdoor and its no way to get it reopened now. Lets take these bastards out."

He flicked a switch to turn on the lights and then pressed another button and before the men could shoot us they were electrocuted.

"Neat trap."

"Thanks baby. I do try."

We made our way into another hidden path that led us to a small pool with a box beside it. and once we were safely inside, he blew up the house above us.

"It'll throw off anyone else of our tail and let Reko know I made it into our next safe house."

"Another safe house?"

"You'll see."

He opened the box then gave me some subba diving gear then got into the small pool. We swam for a while through a tunnel under the water until we made it to another locked round door that he unlocked. We swam through it and came up into another swimming pool.

We made it to the surface and I saw another big beautiful house.

"I'm guessing this is the second safe house..." I asked as we took off the scuba gear.

"Yeah I was gonna take you here but better early then never."

He held his hand out to me and I took it. We walked through the sliding doors and he led me straight into the first bathroom we were closest to.

"Lets shower." I carefully undressed him kissing him gently as I did so until I could feel him pressed up against me.

We had came too close to losing our lives today. I needed to touch him. I needed him to touch me.

I fiddled with the shower settings and stripped out of my clothes then yelped as he picked me up to place me under the spray of the water with him half naked.

"I couldn't wait anymore." He said before kissing me again ripping my underwear off me. I couldn't help smiling against his mouth.
