"Liaaaaaaa" Bruce whined from across the house "what is it ?!!!" I yelled higher back "come here !" Bruce yelled " hmm let me think about it " I said laying on his bed snickering . As if on count Bruce bursts through the door and quickly picks me up bridal style running in back to the living room and placed me down as he smiled in satisfaction . I crossed my arms over my chest " Bruce I was resting " I rolled my eyes " and I was missing my bestfriend " he shot back as he smiled he pulled me into a tight hug I couldn't help but allow a smile to creep out as I hugged back . It's true Bruce and I have been bestfriends since we were in about kindergarten his mother and father are like my other parents and tonight was one of our famous sleep overs we always had before the first day of school .and it usually goes how I just explained .

As I still laid in his arms I jumped up realizing something as I accidentally hit his chin "owww, geesh what is it ?" Bruce said looking down at me  "I am sorry , master Bruce " I mocked as I gently caressed his chin "that actually feels good " he smiled "dork , anyways I'm really disappointed in you to forget this " I said staring up at him and shaking my head in disappointment. "Luny  " he mocked staring back at me I rolled my eyes "you forgot to make the popcorn with sour patch kids and nerds in it !" I yelled "that's because I forgot to buy the sour patch kids and nerds "he said . My eyes widened even more " you what ?! " I yelled with intensity in my eyes "Bruce Wayne " I muttered in disappointment shaking my head at him "Malia grey" he mocked, my names pronounced Ma -lee-uh , so much for a normal name . He has the tendency to mock me this kid but I just stood silently staring at him with an annoyed expression

He just searched my brown eyes  as he laid a hand on his chin and started laughing his head off at my reaction . I rolled my eyes "this is not the least bit funny we have to go buy the candy now" I said "alright " he laughed smiling as I got up off the couch and grabbed his hand trying to pull him off the couch . Martha and Thomas Wayne walked into the living room staring at us as if we were doing the normal daily thing . "Oh hey " I smiled as Bruce and I paused in our position s . They looked between us and laughed "Hey malia and what may you two be up to " Martha said with a smirk on her face "well , your son over here forgot to buy our candy for our popcorn and I'm completely disappointed " I said nonchalantly "and we are going to buy it since malia here is completely disappointed " Bruce mocked as both his parents laughed "son , big mistake " Thomas shook his head "thank you !" I yelled looking back at Bruce with a duh look "well let's go " Bruce smiled as he grabbed my hand "wait we'll take you " Martha and Thomas said

"Okay at least someone wants to take me " I said looking at Bruce "wow real snappy " he smirked . I stood silent looking offended for about a minute walking past him til he broke the silence  "I'm sorry lia  , I love you" he laughed semi rolling his eyes still holding onto my hand . And my strange nickname is pronounced lee - uh . I paused "hmm , I love you too " I smiled back up at him as Martha , Thomas , Bruce and I walked into the deli Bruce and I ran toward the candy section Bruce quickly picked out the nerds and I took the sour patch kids and he took the gummy worms "gummy worms ?" I questioned "they're your favorite plus I guess I do owe it to you for forgetting " he said "awww, yes you do " I smiled admirably at him and the candy acting as if he'd just given me a beautiful ring .

"There's my happy malia" he smiled ., I smiled back as we walked to the front of the store where his parents were and we layed out the amazing candy as Bruce decided to pay . "Thank you " I smiled looking up at him as he is taller than me that dork . "Welcome lia you dork " he said smirking . Now it was time for our famous movie night , We were about to walk out but Thomas pulled Bruce back as me and Martha walked out "those boys and their secrets " Martha said smiling at me "always " I laughed and nodded . We both never knew what'd they always talk about .
