Bruce's pov
Malia and I are currently laying on my bed . I turned my head over to her , She looked at me for a second . I noticed she was more silent than normal .. I would ask but I know her by now , she would rather have me do something to make her feel better than for me to ask . But trust me that doesn't ever mean I let things go .. there's been many fights about that "hey lia how bout that movie night ?" I said sitting up smiling down at her as she was still laying down . "Of course " she immediately shot up . I chuckled "okay you pick the movie and this time I'll make popcorn " I said as I got up "popcorn and candy " she corrected staring up at me with her eyebrows raised  "popcorn and candy "I repeated and nodded at her as I was about to walk out the door .

"Do not forget the candy !" She threatened . And there she was . That is how you make her feel better I smiled at the thought . I made my way to the kitchen and put some popcorn in the microwave. Taking out candy from the cabinets . "And what are you making Bruce " I heard Alfred's voice as he stood next to me eyeing all of the candy . "It's me and lia's movie night " I smiled . "Right got to keep the lady happy " Alfred commented and winked at me . "Alfred " I rolled my eyes . "Oh right you're both oblivious " he said as if he was realizing something . " good one " I said shaking my head at him as he laughed . "Are you done yet B!" I hear lia whine from upstairs . "Ever heard of I don't know what's that word again ,waiting " I yelled back up knowing that would make her mad , just wait for it . I smiled as soon as I heard her prove I was right " ever heard of an unpaitient lia ?! No? It's your lucky day you can meet her in about 2 minutes if you don't hurry up " she yelled back "ouch " I said as I laughed as I looked down about to place our candy in the popcorn . But I quickly looked back up smirking "actually I meet her everyday !" I yelled back staring up at the ceiling with a smirk on my face waiting for a response . I knew she heard me I could just feel the overwhelming sarcasm that is Malia grey from upstairs .

I smiled and continued to place our candy in the popcorn . I finished up placing the gummy worms ,sour patch kids , and nerds .

Malia's pov
Dear lord ,I just want candy where is Bruce ?! . I heard thumping up the stairs as Bruce appeared into the door way "candy !" I screamed as I broke into a smile as Bruce stared at me in a questioning look smiling because of my reaction . "Oh hush you know how much I love candy " I said casually standing on my tippy toes , reaching for a gummy worm  . Bruce Noticed and purposely put up the popcorn higher . He stood there staring down at me . I rolled my eyes and tried to reach higher only to lose balance , I unintentionally  rested a hand on his chest to keep my balance .I just heard him snicker as he smirked once I did that , I settled my feet to the ground , crossing my arms over my chest , and resting my eyes on Bruce as I rolled my eyes . "Bruce , why would you do that if you know how I feel then why would you do that . you like put me in such an uncomfortable situation " I said in a valley girl accent putting my free hand dramatically over my chest , mocking Kim kardashian . Bruce stared at me for a second and suddenly burst into laughter holding on to me for dear life so he wouldn't fall as he let down the popcorn . That's when I noticed my hand was still over his chest , I fought the blush and quickly pushed him back as he fell on the floor . I quickly took my chance and grabbed the popcorn smiling at him in satisfaction as I jumped onto the bed and landed in a pretzel holding the popcorn to my chest .

He was on the floor still laughing, his face was getting red , his eyes watery , and he was holding onto his stomach I couldn't help but laugh at the sight . "You done yet clown?" I questioned staring down at him popping a candy in my mouth . He got up and rested his hands on his knees trying to calm down " wow it's really easy to make you laugh I see" I commented with an eyebrow raised waiting for him to sit down . He paused and looked up at me "oh hush you love me " he said as he jumped right next to me on the bed taking a piece of popcorn .

"And what makes you say that ?" I questioned . He Laid down balancing on elbow . "Because" he started . "Because ?" I questioned semi rolling my eyes . "Hmm I'll tell you another time " he smirked . "Whatever dork " I said pushing him . "You're the dork always threatening to me put candy out of all things to be threatened about its candy , anyways what movie are we watching ?" He snickered . "Wowww " " I commented turning my attention to the tv screen  ."you know that I mean dork as in a you're cute way lia " he said "mmm hmmm , right"

"I love you " he said and quickly pulled me into a hug . Which made me smile . He paused and moved back for a second "there's your smileee" he said and went back to hugging me "love you too " I rolled my eyes . "so again I ask what movie ?" "Ummm You're going to hate it so let's just wait when it comes on yea ?" I said as I looked down trying to change the subject because I knew he'd hate it. "Ohhh lord " he muttered looking at the tv in fear .

The movie title popped up "mean girls " I closed my eyes as I knew I was about to hear Bruce's voice . "Liaaaaa" he whined quickly focusing his eyes on me with a oh my lord look . "you never let me watch it with you , ever and the first time I get the chance to pick any movie I want I want to watch this so you're watching it " I smiled . "Please just this once " I pleaded with my eyes , my hands resting on his shoulders . He searched my eyes for a 2 seconds "fineeeee" he sighed looking down .

"Thankyou !" I smiled as he pulled me  into his arms reluctantly looking at the screen . I laughed at his expression "it'll be great " I nudged him as I looked at him "I'm only doing this for you " he rolled his eyes . "I know " I smiled in satisfaction . "Do I owe you one ?" I questioned "no I actually like spending time with you even if it's watching this movie " he laughed . " why thankyou master B" I said dramatically . That's what Alfred calls Bruce because he's his butler . His parents Thomas and Martha Wayne hired Alfred a long time ago and now that they died it's Alfred's responsibility to attend to Bruce and of course look after him .

How did they afford a butler ? The Wayne family are billionaires , own a company called Wayne enterprises that will be passed down to Bruce Wayne once he comes of age , they also live in Wayne manor . It's named after them . Bruce was literally born into money .. which is weird to think about . Of course we don't see Alfred as a butler he's the absolute best he's much more than a butler he's family to Bruce and to me since I met Alfred long ago as well . We have such fun times with him . But he has to attend to Bruce and what he wants is all . That is the background around his nickname .

"Lia ?" Bruce interrupted "yea ?" I snapped out of my thoughts . "What were you thinking about you looked so focused " he laughed . "It's nothing I'm sorry if having thoughts is such a new thing to you " I said sarcastically as I looked at him "dork " he snickered . " takes one to know one" I said as I looked up at him . " ha ha " he sarcastically said as he looked down at me then back at the screen .

I never really thought Much of Bruce having all this money, I never focused on that a whole lot but of course I knew he was a billionaire . I'm reminded of it everytime I enter his mansion it's named after him for Gods sake . He as well has a company named after his family's name . Wayne enterprises. I don't get caught up in it I see him for Bruce , my Bruce I grew up with . The rest just see "billionaire Bruce Wayne ".

I quickly turned my attention to the screen with wide eyes as my favorite part came on . I looked up at Bruce with a determined look as I was laying on his chest ready to say the glorious line that was just about to be said . "Get in loser , we're going shopping " I mimicked holding my gaze with Bruce  . "Wowwww" he said shaking his head . I flashed him a smile and continued to watch the movie . "Dork " he whispered .
