"Honey, Jade is gone." Once I heard those last three words I blacked out. Wesley's POV I got a call from Evelyn's dad. He told us what happened so we hurried up and got to the hospital. Evelyn was in room 210. "Hey Evelyn." We all said in union. I sat on the bed beside her and held her hand. Evelyn's POV "I'm ok, the news was hard to take." They all nodded and gave me their condolences. I got released and went to see my dad and siblings. "Amelia, June, Lucas, Cooper, and Caroline." I hugged them all and my dad. We had to leave because they had to move Jade out of the room. We went to go to my dads house. "Dad I'm so sorry! Jade was the mom I needed when I didn't have one." He smiled and I went to my room that I have here and grabbed a picture of me and Jade. I have multiple copies of it so I'm going to put this one in the casket. I grabbed my anklet that she gave me. I put it on and then walked back to the living room. Everyone was sad so I walked outside and sat on the swing. "Hey Evelyn." Caroline sat down beside me. We talked until it was dinner time. Someone brought us food so we had Chinese. *a few days later* Today is the funeral. I am wearing a black dress, sandals, and I put my hair in a bun.

I grabbed the picture and then we left. At the funeral home I saw my old friend Neels. "Neels!" I walked over to him and we did our secret handshake. Wesley walked over and he looked a little jealous. "Oh my gosh E I missed you!" I laughed at the nickname. "N I know it. How is everyone in Virginia?" "They are good we all miss you. I know that I miss you." I blushed and then Wesley pulled me to the side. "Uh Evelyn, is this Neels kid your boyfriend from Virginia?" I laughed and shook my head. "No we are really close friends. Don't be jealous, Wesley." I walked back to Neels and we sat down in the chapel. *after the funeral* Wesley and the rest of our friends had to head back home. I stayed behind and Neels didn't have to leave so he stayed with me. Tyson and I stayed at my dad's house. "So Neels, how's it been? I miss everyone." He smiled and pulled my hair behind my ear. "You know I hate how we left things." I sighed thinking about that day... "Evelyn, please don't leave me!" I couldn't look at him. "Neels you know that I love you and I don't want to leave you!" He smiled and kissed me. "Neels, don't do this to me. I'm leaving to go to California and if we are meant to be then we will know. I'm not going to forget you, but if I find someone then you are going to have to move on." He nodded and then I left, I left him sitting on his couch. "Look Neels, I'm with Wesley..." Neels kissed me. "Neels!" I rolled my eyes and pushed myself away. "You know we are meant to be E." I told him to leave and he left. *later that night* I called Wesley and told him everything. He was upset so I hung up. I went to bed with Tyson. *next day* I packed my stuff and said goodbye to everyone. Caroline is driving me home because I don't have my car. "Ready Caroline?" She nodded and we got in her car. Once I got home I put Tyson in the backyard to run around. Caroline went inside to talk to my mom for a bit. I walked to Wesley's house and knocked on the door. "Evelyn,Wesley is upstairs in his room." I walked to his room but his door was locked. "Wesley!" Wesley opened the door. "I'm not upset." I smiled and then my phone started ringing. I stepped out and answered. "Evelyn what's wrong?" Wesley asked me and I told him, "The academy doesn't want me anymore"
