I wish I was normal, like going to high school, friend drama, and dramatic breakups. But no, I'm not normal.

My mother was young teen, not ready for parent hood. So she gave me up for adoption, not even giving me a name. So an old woman adopted me, and took me to her home till I was about 10. Then a man in black took me to a new home. The CENTER. Which didn't look like any center that you've seen. It looked like a normal building in London, but once you're brought down stairs with top security you start to wonder.

I was given a few pairs of clothes, two white outfits, one street style outfit, and a tight black jumper. They handed me bed sheets and took me to a room with a bunch of bunks. Ever since I have stayed there training for something I don't know. But thats all suppose to change today.

                                                                                             >>>>>>

"HUSSLE YOU LITTLE TWITS!" Screams Diana our trainer. I finish zipping up my training black jumper and jog out with Lillie my bunk mate.

"What do think we'er doing today?" Asks Lillie, I shrug. I bet you're wondering why I haven't said my name. Since my mom didn't give me a name the old lady saw that I didn't really need one. So  I don't have one, but the CENTER gave me the name "Shadow." We run into the training room and line up in rows.

Diana gives everyone a angry look, "today is the day you have been training for, you will be paired up and given your missions.... SHADOW!!" She looks me in the face and motions for me to come forward. "See here, Shadow is the top of this class it took me a long time to find her a partner that would match her skill. So I had to split up a senior class for just her, Shadow meet Kaleb." A tall muscley man with brown short cut hair steps out of the door, you can hear all the girls giggling and starring. He walks up beside me and stands at attention like how we are taught.

"You may go now," Diana dismisses us. I walk by and glance at, Lillie she gives me a thumbs up. Kaleb leads me out of the room into another smaller one.

Kaleb relaxes and turns to me, "I'm Kaleb, I have heard much about your skill." He sticks his hand out and gives me a big grin. I shake his hand, a table with a pile of clothes, gadgets and a computer. I grab up a dark blue jumpsuit, leather jacket, and cargo boots and head to the restrooms, Kaleb grabs a black t-shirt, dark blue pants, and his cargo boots and heads into the other restroom.

I finish a little after Kaleb and see he is lacing on a utility belt. "Hand me mine," I tell him, he tosses it and a snatch it from the air in a flash. Kaleb smirks.

"I thought you didn't talk?"

"When I want to," I shrug and clasp the belt on.

"Well you should do it more, you got a pretty voice," Kaleb says with a smirk.

"Stop flirting Kaleb," a slender man says from the door. Kaleb's face turns red. "She's only 17 you perv."

"Shut up Ron, and I'm 18 thats only one year!" Kaleb snaps back.

The man at the door rolls his eyes and pushes up his glasses, "Come on, lets go." We fallow him down a hallway.

"Ron is just a little stuck up because he could never make it out on the field like us," Kaleb whispers in my ear. In the flash of an eye Ron has Kaleb on the floor with his arms bent in a weird position behind his back.

Ron looks at me, "They found me to be more useful in assigning team's tasks." Ron lets go and dusts of invisible dust off. Kaleb stands and we continue down the hall. We get to a dead bolted door being guarded, they see Ron and let us enter. "Sit." Ron points at a few chairs. "Your first assignment is just off the coast of Bangladesh, your going in undercover."

"Who are we after?" Kaleb says in the dead face he had when I first saw him.

"It's a kill mission," Ron looks me dead in the eyes, "for Shadow's brother."
