The Wish

Chapter 1

Captain Jack: "What the hell are you doing? Don't go throwing my priceless cargo around!"

Frank: "Sorry Captain, we didn't mean to do it, it just slipped..."

Captain Jack: "Well don't let it happen again Frank."

Frank: "Aye aye, Captain! It won't happen again!"

Jack walks back to his headquarters.

"Captain!"

Someone yells from the top deck before a gunshot goes off. Jack's face goes white. 'Who the hell is on my ship?' he thinks to himself before he stands up to listen for any more noise but it is dead quite outside. His head whips to the door where someone starts to bang on it. 

Unknown Pirate: "We know you're in their Jacky. Come on out or we'll come in."

Jack stares at the door for a few moments and reaches for his dagger that was hidden in his boot. The door flings off its hinges and a group of men comes in. They are all scarred up and tall, each with a sword in hand.

Captain Jack: "Who are you? What are you doing on my ship?" 

Jack's voice is full of anger as he growls out those words, he's trying to not let them know how frightened he was.

Unknown Pirate: "Aww don't act like that Jacky."

Jack was getting more annoyed with the stupid nickname. He ground his teeth together in frustration.

Captain Jack: "Who are you, how do know me, and what did you do to my crew?"

As Jack spoke he tightens his grip on his dagger and looks for and escape route.

Unknown Pirate: "Woah there, Jacky."

The man in front of him says with a grin.

Unknown Pirate: "How about you put that dagger down. You wouldn't want to do anything you'd regret, now would you Jacky?"

Jack looks around the room wearily.  He was outnumbered and all the exist were blocked. He sighs and puts his dagger on his desk before walking towards the man slowly, getting right in his face.

Captain Jack: "What do you want with me?"

Jack asks in a quiet but threatening voice. The guy in front of him just smiles which only pisses him off more.

Unknown Pirate: "Come with us peacefully and our captain will tell you what you want to know."

Jack looks at the man up and down; he was pretty good at telling if someone was lying or not and it did seem like he was telling the truth.

Captain Jack: "Fine, but leave my crew out of this."

Unknown Pirate: "Ok, let's go then."

Two men go to grab Jack's arms and he punches one guy in the face and elbows the other in the ribs. 

Captain Jack: "Don't touch me! I said I would come peacefully and I stand by my word but I will not be drag off my ship like some damsel in distress. I still have my honor to uphold."

Unknown Pirate: "Ok, but if you try anything I'll have to cut that pretty little face of yours."

They walk out onto the deck and Jacks men were all tied up and unconscious. There was a huge black pirate ship docked next to Jacks ship. He walks up to the ship but stops and looks back at his crew. He is shoved forward onto the other ship. 

Unknown Pirate: "Captain we got what you asked for."

Unknown Captain: "Good, now let's get a move on."

The Captain spoke from the upper deck. Jack tries to look up so he could see who has kidnapped him but when he tried, his head was roughly shoved back down. All he had to make out was what kind of man the Captain was, and from the sound of his voice, which was deep and husky, he was a powerful man. Jack is escorted to the upper deck.

Unknown Pirate: "Just sit there Jacky."

Unknown Captain: "Hello Jack, it is good to see you again. Welcome aboard my ship; The Killer Black."

The man who talked was in the shadows so Jack couldn't see him at all.

Captain Jack: "Who are you and what do you mean when you say it's nice to see me again?"
