Jamie: (POV): i looked out the window as my mom drove me to school, passing by cars and houses. In no time, I was there. I looked at the big rundown school; there were about a hundred cars outside. I really didn't want to be here. I still wasn't used to waking up at 6:00 every morning. I also had to start over; new friends, new teachers, new building, new everything. And i hate starting over.
Mom: *gets in the line with the rest of the cars* Well here we are sweetie. Are you ready?
Jamie: no. not really.
Mom: oh you're going to be fine! Look over there that boy is cute!
Jamie:mom....
Mom: i'm just kidding. But really. You're going to do fine. Trust me. Everybody is going to love you. *pulls up to the sidewalk* well here we are. Good luck i love you!
Jamie: *smiles* love you too. *gets out of the car and walks toward the crowded entrance* soo many people..
Jamie: *looks around and sees many groups of people. People were huddled up in their little groups laughing and talking about the summer. Everybody looked so much older than her..she was scared she could never fit in*
????: *bumps into Jamie*
Jamie: oww *rubs arm*
????: My bad. You okay?
Jamie: *looks up at the tall boy wearing shorts and a Supreme t-shirt and holding a skateboard* uhmm yea.. POV:(he skates..)
????: *smiles* cool. You're new aren't you?
Jamie: *smiles* how could you tell?
????: You looked so confused just standing in front of the door. but it's cool. I'm new too.
Jamie: oh...*holds out hand* I'm Jamie.
????: Don't hold out your hand. *Jamie slowly puts hand down and boy smiles* But cool name. I'm Tyler.
Jamie: *smiles*
-Administrator comes out and opens the door and students walk inside the building. Jamie and Tyler walk in last
Tyler: *pulls out schedule* let me see yours.
Jamie: *hands him crumpled up schedule*
Tyler: alright. We have all of the same classes.
Jamie: that's wierd.
Tyler: No it's cool. I like you Jamie.
Jamie: *smiles* thanks. you're pretty cool yourself. POV: (and just like that my day gets a little easier)
