*Keke*
Bruh. It's so boring in this damn house. I be feeling so lonely. No man, kids, pets, nothing. Smh. I decided to call Princess. I scrolled down my iPhone and pulled up her contact and smiled at her contact photo. It was a picture of us, that we took in school about 2 years ago. I sat there remininscing on how we met....
*Flashback* (2 years ago)
I walked into the school looking around until I spotted my friend K, sitting by this girl. They were laughing and joking. I walked over and stood at the front of the table smiling "Hey K!" I said all estatic , like always. "Hey Guh.'' She replied with a smile. I looked around and noticed that the table was full. I was about to walk off, until the girl K was talking to said "Ayy , you wanna sit right here?" She asked as she scooted over. "Yea, thanks." I replied smiling. "No prob". Me and her ended up talking all day long. We shared common interests. We both wanted to transfer to the same school, both wanted to go to NYU, both wanted to be something in life. I never would have thought that me and her would have gotten close as quickly as we did. After we were done talking finally I said "Whats your name?" "Princess. and you ?" "Keke." We ended up taking classes together , going places together, texting, talking on the phone and everything. And its so funny because it all started with a seat.
I laughed at the memory of how we met, and finally pressed the call button. When Princess answered the phone, I already knew something was wrong by the sound of her voice. It was a mixture between anger, betrayal, and sadness. My mood instantly dropped. She sounded so hurt. "Hello?" She answered barely above a whisper. "Yea, whats wrong bro?" I listened as she told me the story of how Rico cheated on her with some hoe, and how she punched her in the middle of the mall and found out she was 6 months pregnant. Lawd. I just sat there and wondered what the hell was going on in the poor little pregnant girl's head when she got TKO'd in the mall. I tried to hold back my laugh until my laugh was cut short by a knock on the door. I got up to answer the door and was shocked by the sight in front me. "Nook let me call you back" I said calling Princess by her nickname. "Iight bet" She replied before hanging up.
I stood face to face with my 20 year old cousin Tiara. She looked to be about 6 months pregnant. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying, and she had a big ass bruise on her face. As I stared at her, my eyes began to rise with shock as I put all the pieces together. I tried to shake away the thought of my bestfriend punching on my cousin in the mall, but it was verified when I asked her what was wrong and she told me that some "hoe" punched on her in the mall this morning. I couldn't do anything but shake my head, My bestfriend punched on my cousin. And just when I thought shit couldnt get anymore complicated between us.
