||CHAPTER EIGHTEEN||
'COME AT ME ASSHOLE'

I sat on my bed with a pout in my face, pissed Nick wouldn't let me go outside. I know I'm pregnant but I'm not the damn Pope here, I can protect myself and my baby but no Ellie has to spend the day inside.

"Don't give me the pout, Jeremy says your not allowed outside to fight with us and that's final." Nick groaned, trying to put on a strict face but failing. 

"I don't understand why I can't come out, I promise I won't fight. I just want to observe." I plead.

"What do you even want to 'observe'?" Nick questions.

"I want to observe you getting the shit beaten out of you by Jeremy." I say innocently, batting my eyelashes before walking over and staring in front of him.

"Look Koenig is stronger then Elena, Clay, Jeremy and I. Which means we need all the training we can get, you're our strongest pack member but for obvious reasons you can't fight. So, once again, we need all the training we can get." Nick explains, for what seems like the fifth time in the past half an hour.

Koenig is an old pack member of the Danvers pack, he was known for his vicious killings but also his strength and speed, Antonio used to call him "The Killing Machine". The mutts have hired him to kill us, which means the pack need to catch up on their fighting skills or else they'll be dead in seconds.

"Fine but don't forget we have a scan tomorrow and you promised you would be there." I mumble, my gaze falling to the ground, feeling like a little girl who had been scowled at by her dad.

"I'll be there but for now I have to go train to kick a hundred and something year old werewolf ass." Nick chuckles, leaning forward to give me a kiss of my forehead before leaving to go train.

I was sitting in the Great Room on the large couch reading a book, Jeremy stood in the corner by the fire. The room was silent and peaceful until Nick strolls in and grabs Jeremy's attention.
