My eyes opened to a cold breeze going through my room, making a shiver go down my spine. I quickly sat up while I got out of bed.
I didn't bother changing, I was just hungry so I swiftly went to the kitchen. As soon as I got there I grabbed a pan, eggs, and bacon. I was pretty lazy but today something just boosted my energy up, not even remembering my laziness. I just quickly went to the stove and started to get everything ready for my eggs. Once I started doing something I wanted, I really never stopped. And that's what I'm doing with my eggs. (Lol I don't know why I put this here.)
Your POV
I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs. Without even thinking I shot up in my bed. I mean, who doesn't get up just for food?
I got up off my bed, not even realizing the coldness of the room. Damn it gets cold here. I just decided to quickly get dressed for the day. I wore this outfit:

I also put a little makeup on, like mascara, eyeliner, and lipgloss. You know... The usual. I checked the time on my phone. It read 8:17 AM. Not surprised, I don't usually wake up late unless I'm excited for something. I set my phone back down on my dresser and opened my door. I walked down the stairs slowly, taking in the scent of bacon. I mean who doesn't love that? I walked over to the kitchen. I looked in the kitchen, stopping at the sight of Corl. He didn't notice me for a while but he did after a few seconds.
"Oh, Hey y/n." He smiled. I just looked down trying not to look up. I had a feeling he didn't know he was shirtless. I could feel the heart rushing to my head.
"What is i-" He stopped, noticing he was shirtless.
"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't notice." He stopped what he was doing quickly walking back to his room for a shirt. A few minutes later he was back, fully dressed, and his hair put a certain way.
"I'm back!" He smiled, "Want some breakfast?" I smiled at his question. He looked at me already knowing the answer.
"Sure!" I smiled. I felt the heat from my face slowly go away. He went back to the kitchen and grabbed some plates, and put his delicious creation on them.
"Smells amazing." I laughed. He laughed a little while setting the plates at the table as I sat down. I straight up grabbed my fork and stuffed my face with the eggs as he laughed.
"So, mind if I ask you some things?" Corl asked, getting my full attention.
"Ask me anything." I said as I picked up a piece of bacon, taking in the flavor as I ate it. Bite by bite.
"So, how old are you? I'm 18." He asked. I finished my bite so I could answer.
"Same, I'm also 18." A smile grew on his beatiful... No Stop! You can't like him, or fall for him! It's too much!
"Cool, What place did you live in before here?"
"Ohio, It's a pretty nice place. Certainly warmer but I can take change."
"That place is pretty far from here don't you think?" He said, taking a bite of his food.
"Not really.. I mean yes it took a while to get here, but nothing I can't handle." I smiled.
"Was it because of Trump?" He laughed. (Not trying to offend people by that lol) I laughed at his comment. It felt like I could talk to him forever! We laughed, made stupid jokes. It was great. We didn't even notice the footsteps coming down the stairs at that point.
Denis's POV (NEW!!!)
I woke up in my room, feeling too lazy to get up. But I had too. I had to make some videos for the day. I slowly got up from my bed making my way over to the dresser to get some clothes. Not even bothering with my hair I got changed and made my way down stairs. There was a faint smell of food. Like... Bacon? I mean, maybe. I was taken out of my thoughts when I heard loud laughs fill the house.
I made my way to the kitchen to see Corl and y/n laughing at something. They didn't even notice me.
"Whatcha Love birds doing?" I said, snapping them out of their bubble of laughter.
"Oh shut up Denis!" Corl yelled. Y/n just looked down, a small smile on her face.
"Uh- I'm gonna go for a walk." y/n said while starting to get up and walk to the sink to clean her plate.
"Okay, where ya headed?" Corl smiled staring at y/n.
"Probably the beach since I haven't checked that out yet." She walked over to the door, getting her shoes on.
"Ok, well, bye!" I yelled, loud enough for her to hear me. I walked over to the cupboards, opening one I grabbed a pop tart. I went over to the living room. I plopped down on the couch and grabbed the remote, turning on the TV.
"Bye!" Corl shouted as she closed the front door behind her. I could tell something clicked between them. I was just waiting for Corl to speak up about it. It would be nice for him to get someone. Though I didn't think too much about it. I just watched TV as I kept taking bites of my pop tarts. I glanced over at Corl, a wide smile on his face. Yep. This was the best place to move into.
