Chapter 14 : They're Back

Y/N POV~

I fluttered my eyes opened and sat up from my bed. I'm not gonna lie, I was feeling pretty shitty lately. Ever since my family died I haven't really been up to anything. I would hang out with Braden once and a while but other then that I would sit on the beach and think about life.

Deciding I am going to go do stuff today, I slipped out of bed and made my way to my closet.

Picking the outfit that my mood, I skipped makeup and went to the kitchen.

"Y/N? You're out of your room? And dressed? Oh," I heard Denis' voice from the dining room. I turned around from my journey to the kitchen, I let my glasses slip to the bottom of my nose and rolled my eyes carelessly, making sure he saw.

He raised an eyebrow at me, "Surprised you're out of your room." He finished, completely ignoring the signaled eye roll. I slipped the glasses up my nose and flipped him off, turning back to the kitchen.

I opened the fridge and grabbed the bag of my cold cherries that I loved. Cherries had been my favorite fruit all my life, from when I was a little baby to now, not that I was complaining.

I stomped my attitude out into the living room and sat on the couch, opening the bag and popping a cherry into my mouth, the stem sticking out. Braden was the only here besides Denis and me. Everyone else left to go shopping.

Speaking of Braden, I haven't been loving him like I used to. Ever since I found out he kept that secret from me I don't think I love him anymore. Maybe just the 'like' part of a relation ship. I never touched him anymore, like, skin to skin contact. Whenever he said he loved my I just smiled and never said it back. I think he noticed It because he would frown a lot.

I finished chewing the fruit from the cherry so I plucked the stem from my mouth and spit the pit at Braden who was sitting on the other part of the couch. It hit his arm and he looked over at me before flicking the pit off his shirt.

"Stop." He stated. I didn't stop there. I kept doing it over, and over. He kept telling me to stop in the process.

With one more pit spit at him he jumped from his seat and stomped off to his room. Well, he's in a bad mood.

I set the bag of cherries down and plucked my phone from my pocket. I went to YouTube and went to my favorite song mashup. It was the 'Despacito' sing off by Conor Maynard. My friend Sierra and I used to sing it word for word. Accept she would sing the despacito Spanish parts because I didn't know how to.

I listened to the song and sang along, all up until the Spanish part. I could only say 'despacito..'

"Despacito.." I sang.

"Quiero respirar tu cello despacito," A familiar voice sang along. I turned to face the front door, where it came from to see SIERRA! My best friend standing there with a smirk in all her glory!
