Imperial Destiny-[ Kouha Ren x Reader ]

Chp::1-- War

  " Your Highness, you should just stay at the palace. We will be the one to fight in the name of the (n/e) empire. "

While fixing your armor's bracelets in your wrists, you smiled at the soldier, reassuring that everything will be fine. You patted his shoulder and responded.

" No, I will protect this empire even if it means death. Besides, I was in charge of leading this army, wasn't I? "

" We have no words to describe your kindness and courage, Princess. " the whole army bowed " We will fight alongside of you no matter what"

You looked at your army one last time, assuring and checking if everything is there. The soldiers were on their individual war horses and waited for the signal. The (n/e) banner was raised as you signaled the soldiers to start marching to your destination, in the middle of the vast dry grounds between your kingdom and the Kou empire--- your opponent which you will be fighting.

" We are not going to let the Kou empire conquer us, let's bring home the empire's victory! " you shouted, raising a fist up in the air

The soldiers responded to your speech with their ear deafening yells in agreement. They marched and headed to the plains, both anger and hope inside each of them. You led the army, as their Imperial General.

' I am (y/n) (l/n) , the only Imperial Princess of the (n/e) empire. I was appointed to be the Imperial General and lead the soldiers in order to protect our empire's families and riches. I will do anything to accomplish the given task even if it means that I will risk my life...'

Meanwhile from the other side of the plains, were the army of the Kou Empire, led by their Imperial General and the Third Prince, Ren Kouha.

" Kouha-sama, your hair will be messed if you are going to ride the horse. It would be better if you use the palacquin. " Junjun suggested

" Some things can't be avoided. If I will not lead the army, then who will? " he responded

" I apologize..." the bandaged girl bowed slightly

The pink haired prince went ahead and proceeded in front of his army, signalling everyone to go ahead.

" Let's conquer (n/e) Empire and bring home victory! " he cheered and his soldiers agreed

Likewise, their army headed to the vast plains and were in their horses as well. The prince was eager to finish this up and conquer the rich empire of (n/e).

Both sides were nearing the place in where the battle is to be held. It was in the middle of the dry and wide grounds in which no civilians will be able to interfere nor get hurt. It was a clear war between to prosperous kingdoms.

You can already see Kou's army nearing yours. You tightened your grip at your sword and braced everyone for any possible events that is going to happen.
