Not much to say, I don't own Fairy Tail.
LUCY'S P.O.V.
One week has passed since Natsu first messaged me, and we grew a lot closer. Tch. Don't think I like him. I only do it since Luna (author) asked me to.
We told each other some secrets. I learned a lot about him too. Since exactly one week has passed, and yes, it is Saturday, I had one day to talk to Natsu.
I excitedly opened my laptop, then went to our converstion, only to be greeted by a weirdo.
"Hey Luce, do you want to video-chat?"
I smiled at the thought. I accepted his offer, lately I have been wondering if his hair is really pink, and now I have the chance to see it.
A video request suddenly popped up the screen, which I gladly accepted.
So his hair... is really pink.
"Hey! It's not pink, it's salmon!" Natsu scoffed.
Damn, did I just say that out loud?
The person on the screen started laughing. "Yes, you did. And you did it again."
I felt like my cheeks are flushed in embarrasment. I hid my face under one of my pillows.
"Luce!"
"Luceeeee, c'mon, don't hide your cute face like that!"
My cheeks got redder and warmer. Damn him. He wanted to tease me so badly, and he's doing a good job at it. Not to mention his low and matured voice.
Minutes passed, and no one spoke. It was awkward silence. I slowly lifted the right side of my face to see if he's still there, and thankfully, he's not. I sighed, then stared at his room.
I've been staring at his wall for five minutes, then he just had to waltz in, ruining my moment.
"I finally got to see that beautiful face of yours! I can't wait to hear your voice too!" Natsu said in a seductive tone.
I flinched, then spoke.
"Here, I finally let you hear my voice. What more do you want Dragneel?"
"How do you know my last name? Are you stalking me, Heartfilia?"
"First of all, it's in your profile. And I could say the same to you too, since you also know my last name."
"Right, right. Change topic— where do you live?"
"Somewhere in Earth." I answered sarcastically.
"Fine. I live in Magnolia."
"Really?! Me too! Yosh! I hope I can see that adorable face someday!"
"But you've already seen it!"
"I meant, personally."
"Ohhh. Well bye, I'm really busy."
"I wanna talk to you mor—"
I cut him off by hanging up.
I continued to read my favorite novel:
Chained and Locked Away.
I've read it plenty of times, and I never grow tired of it. I peacefully read chapter one.The race of humans and dragons once lived in peace, no bloodsheds, no tears, no anger. In the blink of an eye, everything turned upside down. Dragons felt hatred and grief, but most of all— they felt betrayed. Pacific surroundings turned into war zones, buildings were made into ashes, laughters and smiles became frustrated screams. No human dared to muster a single word to a dragon, not after what they had done to them. Barriers were made to protect the two kinds. Dragons hated humans. Humans felt the same. And with that, the friendship of the two had come to an end.
I was about to continue it but my father kept yelling and telling me to prepare myself, because we would have a guest soon.
He's probably Sting Eucliffe, the man I love the most, after my father. No, he's not my boyfriend or lover, nor my crush. And no, he's not some possesive ex you've been reading a lot in other fanfics. He's my older brother, exactly one year older than me.
Yeah, you read it right. We were born on the same day. It has been long since we have last met.
We chatted for a while, with his bestfriend, Rouge. He hasn't changed much, and I learned he has a girlfriend too, named Yukino.
Once we were done, I took a glance at my book, closed it shut, and put it in my bookshelf. I changed into my pajamas. First, I told Natsu my address, unless he won't stop pestering me about it. Second, I posted something on Twitter:
"I reaaaalllly want to collect the whole Harry Potter series. Hope someone would give me all of it. He would definitely become my bestfriend!"
I sighed happily, then went to sleep.
The next morning, someone was knocking aggressively on my door. And I had no choice but to open it.
"Finally! You opened your door! I guess thirty minutes of knocking sure did achieve something. Here, Ms. Heartfilia, someone wanted to send this to you. Goodbye."
What's this? It's heavy. Well, who am I kidding, it's freaking heavy! Like it weighs 5 tons! There were 20 boxes like this too!
The message on the boxes said the same thing:
"Guess who, sweet heart?"
Welp, that was weird. I carefully took all of the boxes inside, with the help of my dad. I opened it, and was quite surprised to see the whole Harry Potter series, Percy Jackson, The Fault In Our Stars, Paper Towns, The Abundance of Catherine's, A Thousand Pieces of You trilogy, Sky Raiders, etc.
I squealed. Like a fangirl. Good thing my dad just left. Who could've sent me all of these?! They're expensive! I'll be in love to that person. I swear, mark it on my grave, that when I meet him/her, I'll give that someone a tight hug, and a peck on the lips. Don't doubt my words. I keep promises.
I went to Twitter, then posted:
"Someone just gave me a bunch of books! Thanks, whoever you are!"I arranged all of them neatly in my bookshelf, and started reading Harry Potter, but got interrupted by a certain pinkette. I sighed, and went to check what his message was. It got me really surprised.
I wasn't expecting it. Who would have thought?"Can I be your bestfriend now?"
This one's really long! (Stop your dirty thoughts.) It's exactly 1000 words. The whole chappie IS 1000 words. If you exlude those words at the start, and what I'm typing right now. Took me one hour though. But it's okay, since I haven't updated for so long. Just two more today! *winks*
