Jenna's POV
"Come on girls! Uncle Josh is waiting!" Tyler called from downstairs, Avery giggling as she slipped on her overalls the wrong way. She was in a funny mood, which was always a delight to see, yet was a pain to try and get her to do anything.
Today, Tyler and I were off to go out and do some stuff by ourselves, Josh and Debby always loving having Avery around for a day. It was nice to have friends like that, who are always willing to help out whenever they can. They're practically family now, them both being Uncle Josh and Auntie Debby to Avery.
"Come on Aves, you're doing it all wrong" I laughed, trying to untangle her of the mess she had put herself in, "let me do it"

"Do you think Auntie Debby will like my new clothes?" Avery asked in a bubbly manor, jumping around to face me.
"She'll love it, especially the pink" I smiled, grabbing her shoes quickly from the closet, "Now quickly put these on before Daddy comes up to see whats taking us so long"
Avery quickly slipped on her shoes as if they were the most precious slippers, finally following me to go down the stairs. I held onto her hand as she slowly took every step into consideration, Tyler waiting with his arms folded, yet a smile plastered across his face
"I'm ready Daddy! Let's go!" Avery gleamed, rushing towards the front door with her backpack
"I heard Uncle Josh dyed his hair again, can you guess which color?" Tyler skipped over to her, opening the door as they both strolled to the car.
"Rainbow!" She laughed, extending her arms wide in excitement
"He should do that" Tyler smirked, looking over at me as I witnessed the conversation
"What is it?" Avery asked, finally waiting for Tyler to strap her into her seat
"Pink now, like candy" He smiled, Avery's eyes growing wide
"Like my clothes!" She yelled, A laugh escaping my lips
"Exactly pumpkin" Tyler nodded, winking at me to lock up the house. Moments like these were what I treasured, the small laughs we exchanged at the simplicity of our lives, oh how wonderful it had become.
"Strap in honey" Tyler placed our little girl in the child seat, helping her wrap the seatbelts around her body.
As the both of us sat in the front, Tyler driving, It didn't take Avery very long to be requesting music.
"Play your songs Daddy!" she yelled, scuffing her shoes together.
"We always listen to them, don't you want something different?" He turned around to look at her, her head shaking furiously.
