Aimee had been pestering Scott to give her the bite. It's all she ever wanted. To become a werewolf just like Scott and the rest of the pack. Lydia never understood her passion for the supernatural. Lydia has always loved Aimee but she has just had a bad feeling that she isn't good enough for her.
Scott finally gave in to Aimee's constant pestering. Aimee was so excited for what her life now had in store for her. She could do so many more dangerous activities but she didn't take in consideration for what may happen.
Aimee turned up at Scott's meeting place, ready and full of joy at the life she finally could live. Aimee slowly rolled up her sleeve and held it away from her body to make it easier for Scott. He slowly sank his fangs into Aimee's arm and she tried to hide her scream so she closed her mouth which muffled it a little. 30 minutes went by and she didn't feel anything. Suddenly she had the urge to throw up. She reached and threw up black blood. The fear that she never thought would come true is happening.
"Scott help please!"
"Aimee there's nothing I can do, your body is rejecting the bite!"
"I thought you said this rarely ever happens!"
"It never happens!"
"Scott don't worry just call Lydia please!"
A couple of minutes later Aimee heard foot steps coming up the stairs, they weren't slow and calm, they were fast and panicked.
"Aimee! Omg! Why did you do this? I need you okay! I...I love you!"
"Lydia, you love me?"
"Yes Aimee I always have done!"
"I love you too, please don't cry when I leave this beautiful world, I get to die happy knowing I was loved by you!"
"Please don't leave me!" Lydia cried.
"I don't have a choice baby, you were by far the greatest person I have ever met in my 19 years on this earth!"
"I love you so much!"
Aimee took her last breath a few seconds later. Lydia held her lifeless body close to her own. Aimee died but also a part of Lydia did too.
