Chapter 9

The next day Sophia woke up she knows that deep inside she's hurt. She didn't want anyone to know, but as she see Sasha beside her on the bed she put a smile on her face she woke Sasha up and remind her that its a school morning, Sophia was first to take a shower while Sasha was in the room she look around the room and she spotted a photo of Sophia when she was younger with her mom and dad, same time Sophia walked in the room and see Sasha with the photo in her hand Sasha asked her "if she miss her dad" Sophia replies with a sad look on her face "that she miss him a lot and she wish he was here to see me at this stage that I am today". Sasha told her to cheer up I'm here by your side.

Sophia say thanks I know I can count on you. Sasha leave Sophia to go in the shower a few minutes after both girl were ready for school so they take their bags and walk down stairs for breakfast, she realized that her mom was around the table having her meal as Sophia see that the breakfast was already prepared she hug her mom and say thanks I love you so much. Sasha was so happy that Sophia and her mom have this bond even without a dad, after both girls sit around table to also have their meal, 'Oh no it's getting late " Said Sophia mom, the girls quickly eat their breakfast. So they went to the car then off they went it was only a few minutes before they reach school.

As they approach the school gate it was Alexa and Makayla, both of them were waiting for Sasha and Sophia as they walk in together they talk about the fete that held yesterday they all talk about their moments except for Sophia she knows deep that deep inside she didn't feel well, because she found out that Josh wasn't really into her. Sophia say to herself "how am I going to tell mom about this", as they continue to walk Alexa look at her and ask her if everything OK, Sophia say "yeah I'm fine" the bell rings it was time for class so Sasha and Sophia went to their class room while Alexa Makayla and Ashely go to their class. "The day was going well so far" she said to herself.

It was now lunch time she went to the lunch room to have her lunch, while she was there sitting her mind wasn't at ease because she keeps thinking about Josh a few minutes after Sasha and Alexa come around the table with her and ask her what's bothering her, Sophia couldn't keep it in anymore she told them that she can't stop thinking about what had happened yesterday, Alexa say "hey Sophia you will find someone who's going to be loyal with you and love you for who you are,Josh get that chance with you but instead he didn't tell you he had someone before dating you". Sophia say "thank you and that's true I need to be strong now". Sasha look at her and smile and say Sophia you are an amazing person and a close friend from I see you the first time I know you were different from all the others. Sophia had this strong feeling building up inside she say I'm going to be happy as long as I have my mom and friends around me.
