chapter 5 - the Mime

I was jumping rooftop to rooftop trying to get home before my mom finds out that I'm not in my room. I had just got done with helping Ladybug save some workers from an akuma, and after we saved the last one we both became surrounded with reporters. Instead of answering their questions we both went up to Alya, who was in the crowed, and told her what an awesome job she does on the ladyblog. She then pointed out that we didn't have much time and so me and Ladybug both left. I just got home and flew into the window de-transforming. I walked over to my computer and turned on the news.

"That was amazing what you and Ladybug did for Alya" Tora said siting on top of my head

"Thanks Tora" I said smiling at her till my phone rang , I checked my phone to see that it was Alya

"I see she didn't wast anytime telling the big news, look she sent me the video" I said clicking the video to watch it

I have been in Paris for about a month now and have been helping Ladybug and Chat Noir too. My feelings for Adrien have grown since the day we preformed, but I still haven't told him yet. Tora keeps telling me to follow my heart and tell him but I just can't because I know that Marinette likes him and I don't want to ruin our friendship. I heard a knock on my door and went to go open it, when I opened it I saw my mom.

"Oh, hey mom what's up?"

"You know that play that your friend's dad is in?"

"Yeah, why?" I asked, a bit curious to why she was asking

"Well, I just got you a ticket to see it and it's in the front row, I can't take you there myself because I have a photo shoot to go to, but Nathalie called and said that they will pick you up to go, is that ok?" she said

"um, sure just let me know when their here, ok?" I told my mom

"Sure thing" my mom said, and I closed my door

"Omg, Tora I'm going to go see a play with Adrien" I said holding on to my pillow

"Well you never know what might happen at the play, you may even tell him how you feel about him" she said flying up to me

"Your right some thing might happen, but telling him how I feel is not one of them" I said getting up to get ready

I was in the car with Adrien and his father's assistant Nathalie, who was on the phone with Adrien's dad.

"Yes sir... understood sir... I'm sure he'll stand sir" she then hung up the phone and Adrien sighed

"My dad's flaking, isn't he? Let me guess something came up?" he asked, making me feel bad for him

"Yes, but reserved the best seats in the house for you Adrien, front row" she said

"As usual, best money can buy" he said, making me feel even worse for him then before

I know how it feels to want to spend more time with your parent. I mean I'm kinda in the same boat as him when it comes to things like this. I wish to spend more time with my mom but she is always busy, but then again she tries really hard to make time to be there for me. I just wish Adrien's dad could do the same thing for him.

The car suddenly came to stop make me lean forward. I look out the window to see what's going till I see ladybug, and Adrien rolls down the window.

"Get out of the car and find a place to hide. I'll cover you" she said look in to see Adrien they both just stared at each other till something almost hit them
