        Maui POV

Seeing Moana brings joy and fear because I disappeared without saying anything. She probably thinks I'm a totally jerk, BUT I have my reasons.....nope I take that back.

I look at Moana and see a 'I'm going to kill you!' expression on her face.
I'm so dead.
"Uh..h-..hi! M-..Moana..long time no see??" I said struddering. She just looks at me with her arms crossed. "Listen i-.."
"I don't want to hear it.." She said as she cuts me off. "I'm just glad to see you." She said and smile. I smiled as well knowing that I'm not getting in trouble...

"You have a lot of nerves to not come back!" She Hissed and this is when I take it back. "Look.....I know I was gone for a long time doing who knows what..but let me just say...I'm sorry." I stated as it felt like two eyes for lasers were burning my face.

She sighed and spoke,"I guess I can forgive you..This time!" She stated as she headed for the boats. I feel like I just woke up a angry lion that will pounce on me at any second..

          Moana POV

He has a lot of nerves to show up for so long of NOT coming back! Its good to see him but I'm still mad!

I went to the boats and sailed in the water for a few moments as I was catching up to a ocean friend. Yup the ocean. "Hey long time no see!" I said as the ocean splashed me with water. I was guessing it was a little mad, but in a way, I guess I found out how Maui was feeling. The ocean splashed me again causing me to get out of my thoughts. "Okay okay!" I said while laughing. "I guess it has been a while." I said as I looked into the sky and that's when that feeling in my heart started again.

As I went back to the shore I remembered me and my grandma Tala doing our dance. So I danced with the waves in rememberence of her.

After a while, I heard a voice that shocked me. "Nice dance moves." And with that I already knew who it was.
Maui

I turned to see Maui. "You know its rude to sneak up on girls" I stated as I put my hands on my hips. "I didn't sneak up on you. I just came to see if you have calmed down yet."he said. "well I guess ur in luck..." I said and looked back at the ocean and sitting down. I felt Maui come sit next to me.

"I'm really sorry for not coming back, but I was busy." He said and I knew he was lying. I sighed. "I'm just glad to see you again..." I said, "and....I'm sorry for yelling at you." I said softly. I looked at him and saw him grinning.
Oh god I said to myself.

"I'm sorry but what did you say? I didn't quite hear that." he said playfully and sarcastically. "I said I was sorry." I said in ignorance. "I'm sorry what?" He added. "Moana, the chiefs daughter of Motunui, apologizing to me?" he also added. I just stare at him with a death stare and had token his fish hook. "Ur not getting this back." He got up to try and take in back but I didn't let him."This isn't funny princess! Give me my hook back!" He said with a little bit of anger. 'Princess' the word I haven't heard in so long but the word I hated as well. "NOPE!" I said pushing him back. "Ur not getting this anytime soon" I added and got up. "I'm sorry!" He yelled as I started walking. "Its too late to say sorry." I said without looking back.

       Maui POV

She can be so cruel sometimes. Then Mini-Me started laughing at me that I got my hook tooken. I got mad and flicked him to my back. "Laugh now!" I said to him. I knew he got mad.

But even in this situation, I can't help but feel a connection. I think in just going crazy. I followed her and pleaded to get my hook back. But I failed.

Man she's tough to crack. I need my hook back but she just won't give it to me.

I decided to wait until she left my hook but itself. And greatfully she did and I got it back. Then she turned and saw me. "Hey!" She yelled trying to get it back from my hands. "Not a chance princess!" I replied as I held it up high. As she continued to get the hook, her face was only just a few inches away from mine. I felt my cheeks glow red.

WHY AM I BLUSHING?!? I yelled to myself.

She stopped and noticed my red cheeks. "Are you okay?" she said. "Uh yeah I'm fine." I said as I covered my face, but it was already too late, she already seen my face. "Are you sure?" she replied. "Yeah, yeah I'm fine...I should go." I said as I walked away fast with my fish hook.

Why do I now have feelings for her?! I really don't understand it.
