The Answer

           Moana POV

Te Fiti brought me down to the ground where Maui was once at, but he was nowhere to be found. I smiled slightly because I knew if Maui wasn't here I wouldn't have to tell him anything!

"Oh well!.." I said as I turned to Te Fiti about to laugh. "Looks like I don't have to tell Maui ANYTHING now!" I said with a giant smile on my face. It was a relief to know I didn't have to ask Maui that question.

"Tell me what?" Said a voice. I jumped and was caught by Maui himself. I looked at him and we locked eyes. I started blushing and looked away. This is not my lucky day today. I thought as I was put back on the ground. I looked at Maui and saw him confused on what I was about to NOT tell him.

"What was it you wanted to tell me?" He asked in confusion. I started messing with my hair. What do I do?! What do I say?!? "Um..w-well u see..uh t-the funny thing um..is that .Te Fiti h-had told me...um.." I said studdering. He still looked confused on what I was saying. Soon Te Fiti gave me a little nudge on my back to go ahead and say it. I knew what Te Fiti was trying to do. She was trying to see what happens next.

U guys!!!

"What did Te Fiti say?" He asked again. I don't want to tell him. I don't know if he actually does like me or not. Maybe this is why he wasn't talking to me. Then I remembered something. My heart. I remember how I would feel alone sometimes unless I was with Maui. I still didn't understand. Maybe that answer was in front of me and I didnt know it.

I took a deep breathe and said. "T-te Fiti had said that..m-maybe the reason..um u haven't been...um well..talking to be..is that maybe u..um had a crush on me??" I said in questioning. He looked shocked. I knew there was no way that was the answer. But it also made me kind of sad if it wasn't.

"Well....um.." He replied. I was a little shocked maybe it is true. "Actually..umm..its...well..true in a way...." I was shocked for life and I blushed to the point where my face was burning. H-he liked me..wait no.. LOVES me?!!? "Moana are u OK?" He asked. I shook my head in response. I couldn't tell if I'm happy or embarrassed anymore. But I did know one thing. Te Fiti was enjoying listening to us talk. I turned around and went to her, asking if she could stop listening to us for a minute and she did thankfully. Now I know why Maui's face was red AND I also know what he was about to tell me! Thinking of this made me blushed a lot more. My whole face was hot red.

"S-sorry" I said like an idiot. "I-i can't say" Oh my god! I don't even know what I'm saying anymore!! I hope I don't say anything stupid. "I understand..." Maui said in return. I feel so bad. "Ah! N-NO I LOVE U TOO!!!" I blurted out. I covered my mouth. I literally have NO control of my mouth right now!!! It was getting super weird for the both of us. He didn't say anything. I felt so embarrassed that I ran away. I can't look at him right now. I don't know if he would turn me down or not. I continued running away.

        Maui POV

I didn't really expect that. She yelled out really loud that she loved me. I'm flappered but if didn't get to tell her that I feel the same way. I really didn't mind but I wanted to tell her since she told me.

I saw Te Fiti laughing a little. She didn't leave at all. That was the reason that I was studdering. I gave her a 'are you serious right now?!' look. Soon she stopped laughing and went to get Moana. That...was a surprise and even for me. I need to tell her the whole truth....
